    We tried so many solutions regarding API Google map, and we also had API key, but still doesn’t work.
    Could you please help us see whats the problem?

    Hey qqtingbabe,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Please make sure you followed the instructions here clearly – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/
    If that does not help, we would need temporary admin logins to investigate further. If you do not mind, please post them here privately

    Hi

    Thank you for your quickly reply.
    Unfortunately still can’t see the map in Chrome. Only in Safari..
    Do know what’s problem causing this?

    Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
    It does show up fine on my end on Chrome as well :)
