Hello,
we are facing a problem with animated elements. The animations don’t start, only if you scroll down the whole start page. The animations are the following: animated numbers under the red bar, two sets of images and the contact form at the bottom of the page.
What could the reason for this behaviour be? I tried changing the content, clearing the cache (browser an caching plugin), resetting the Enfold CSS an JS compression and installed all the latest plugin updates, but nothing helped.

I checked your site using Chrome, but I couldn’t see any problem with the animations. Could you let us know how to reproduce the results you are getting on your end please?

I rechecked the website using Chrome and Firefox (my main browser) on Mac and saw that the problem mainly occurs when logged in. But now it even occurs when logged out. In both browsers.
After hard reloading (CMD + SHIFT + R) or deleting the browser cache the animations start as normal, so it might have something to do with some caching problem. My client has the same problem. Tested in Microsoft Edge, Firefox und Chrome on Windows. This with some colleagues never having been logged in.

Thanks for the update. I still can’t see any problems on my end, so it’s likely that it’s a local problem. If you want us to check while logged in as well, then please post admin login details in private.

we did some more tests today. So you might have looked as it worked for a short time.
We found out that the problem results from our second smartphone LayerSlider banner, but I couldn’t find the problem and get it fixed.

we deleted the separate mobile slider on the homepage, so that the animations work both on desktop and on mobile.
We created a new test page (link below). Could you please have a look what LayerSlider settings might be wrong?Thank you and best regards,

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I checked the test page, but I can’t see any problems there. The animated numbers are working as they should, are you seeing the same thing on your end?
If you should continue to have problems of this nature, then please try updating to the latest version of the theme (4.8.1), to see if that helps: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Yes we still have problems. Could you please try loading the page several (3 to 4) times? The animations work sometimes, but mostly don’t.
I’ll install the Enfold (and LayerSlider) update this evening and test the page again after that.Thank you and best regards,

I installed Enfold 4.8.1, but we still have the problem of the animations not starting. Please see the attached screenshot.

Thanks for the update. I can see the problem on my end too, after reloading a few times. I does seem to be working each time on the first load on my end though. I can’t see any error messages which would indicate where the problem is coming from unfortunately, so I’m not sure what is causing it. Does the same thing happen if you disable all plugins?
