Hello,
You can see on this page that the items animation has a problem when we chose a category (Ajax filter)

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to completely delete the theme folder and replace it with the new version.
If that doesn’t help then please upgrade the account to admin rights so that we can have close look.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Thank you for that, have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if it is a plugin conflict.

It does seem that when disable all the plugins, everything is working properly.
