    Hey marsh1984,

    You are getting some error messages on the site, are you using a CDN service? If so then please try to turn that off to see if that makes any difference.

    Also, I don’t know if this is related to the errors you are getting, but when I use the advanced layer slider, say on this page, http://needless-moose.flywheelsites.com/a-test/

    Then formatting is all funny, header sits halfway down the page.
    Do you know why this might be happening? Are there some code changes from the previous site design that may be causing this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why you are getting error message, it might be due to a plugin conflict. Did you try to disable all of theme to see if that makes any difference? Also please consider updating to the latest version of the theme (4.5.6): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    Hi there,
    Yes have disabled plugins and updated theme to 4.5.7 and the animations are not showing. On home page, the three icon boxes are set to fade in and at the bottom of page, the article previews should enter bottom to top.
    What might the issue be?

    It may be a related issue – when I add a tab section it also doesn’t load/appear.

    Hi,

    I checked your site and cleared the cache. The site looks good on my end. Icons fade in when the pace is scrolled.

    You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

    Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:

    1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
    2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
    3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
