We are having issues with the animated count down working in the new version of enfold. We have uploaded a new version of enfold manually and it did not seem to fix the issue.
Please advise.

November 21, 2016 at 9:58 am #714724Hey!
I checked on the issue and it seems there is a js error, it seems to have some conflict. Can you try to deactivate all plugins and check if the issue still persists? if it doesn’t try to activate the plugins one by one to know what plugin causes the issue, if it still persists, please allow us to deactivate your plugins and also give us ftp access so we can inspect further on the files.
Cheers!
NikkoNovember 21, 2016 at 8:36 pm #714969I deactivated the plugins and the issue still persists with the JS syntax error. You can deactivate plugins and inspect further into the issue.
Thanks!
November 22, 2016 at 8:59 am #715155Hey!
Form Maker Pro causes the issue. I have re-activated it back since you might still be using this. Try to deactivate the said plugin and the Animated Counter should work just fine.

I deactivated the Form Maker Pro Plugin and I cannot get the count down to appear.

November 22, 2016 at 7:09 pm #715512Hi!
I deactivated Form Maker Pro (also deactivated Form Maker Registration since it’s an addon to Form Maker Pro) and it works just fine. I kept it deactivated and this is how it looks on my end: http://imgur.com/a/0Q28u
Let us know if it’s good on your end, if not try to clear your browser cache or press ctrl + f5 to refresh the page.
Cheers!
NikkoNovember 23, 2016 at 12:36 am #715670I got it working. Thanks for your help.
