    Hi there,

I have 4 custom menu links on my homepage that I have included a <#> to a specific part of the page but only the <our service> tag seems to be operating properly. The other menu items appear to be loading a new page. I tried clearing the cache a few times but still no success. I have examined the menu items side by side but I did not notice any difference. Also, this <loading a new page> is happening with the <button> located near the bottom of the page.

Do you have any suggestions to fix this?

    Thank you!

    Ben

    Hey Ben,

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

We remove the http://www.sitename.com/ from the links and just add the #hash-tag so the links are called in the same page and the page won’t refresh :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay
