Hi Mike,

Thanks so much for taking a look at the website.

Below are the login details and FTP details you need.

Here is the message from my previous message:

“We are getting an error saying the following: “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”

I have tried updating the theme via FTP and it doesn’t seem to update??

Also, we cannot edit the pages, posts ect? there is a turning circle that keeps spinning. Really not sure what is going on.

But can you please have a look”

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
