    Hallo liebes Support Team,

    ich habe eine neue Schrift hochgeladen und alle Einstellungen in den Allgemeinen Styling Optionen überarbeitet – Schriftfarbe, Überschrift etc.
    Nun wird es jedoch auf den einzelnen Seiten nicht übernommen. Ich habe schon alles mögliche probiert und weiß mir nicht mehr zu helfen.

    Ich hoffe und gehe davon aus, dass ihr mir da weiterhelfen könnt.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, are you trying to use the new font for your headers or all text? What is the name of the new font?

    Hey Victoria,

    really nice that you send me this document. But my problem is, that I have set all the seetings. But on the page it does not change something. For example I but in the headline font Robot, but on the page nothing happend. The same with all the colours for background, Font etc.

    So maybe you can have a look in my dashboard an see what the problem is.

    Hi Malina,

    Thanks for the update, I see Josefine sans for headers and Open sans for the text on your site. That doesn’t seem to correspond to your settings in the theme unfortunately. I see that you have file compression activate as well, please try to disable that and select to delete the old CSS and JS files. You don’t need file compression until you are done with the site.

    I couldn’t see any font called Paris though, where and how did you add it?

    Hey Rikard,

    thanks a lot. It worked for a moment. I think the main problem was because of the seeting with the “compression activate” and the old CSS and JS files.
    But now I have the same problem again. I changed something on the dashboard (the size and colour of H3) and at the page it doesn´t change.

    What kind of problem is it? It is really exhausting that I can´t change the normal things.

    Thanks for the update. I see this applying to the h3 element:

    #top #wrap_all .all_colors h3 {
    color: #6f6f6f;
    background-color: #6abe72;
    font-size: 20px;
    font-family: 'open sans', 'HelveticaNeue', 'Helvetica Neue', 'Helvetica-Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
}

    That seems to correspond to the settings you have under Enfold->Advanced Styling. The text can’t be seen since it looks like you have set the same green colour to the h3 element on that page.
