    Hi Enfold Team,

    I have trouble with the search function. The popout search field from the menu bar is not working. It shows a message “Entschuldigung, aber kein Eintrag erfüllt Deine Suchkriterien. Bitte verwende einen anderen Suchbegriff” (that’s german and means “sorry no matching search results, try again”). However if I click the loupe icon I get a search results page with correct search results.

    So just the ajax search is not working.

    Can you help me here?

    Which version of php are you running? Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi Martin,

    Did you try to disable all plugins and check if the search works?

    Hi Victoria,

    I disabled all plugins but no improvement. The Ajax search is still not working. The threads you send are not helpful for my problem. What can we do? A similiar site I created with Enfold has not the search problem: Brandenburgische Akademie.

    I need further assistence here.

    Hi,

    I moved the development site to a production server and now the search is working. So the issue was host related…

    It can also be php version or something related to the cache of the development site.
    We are happy it got it short out and we appreciate for updating us.
