    Hi, after the new wp update the whole site got broken. Some visual elements are not working, and the news page is blind not showing any posts, some pages are gone. Is possible to fix it? Thanks a lot!

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.     Hi, I updated everything on the site. Now the missing elements are back and working. But still there is a huge issue, the logo update is not working. I’m trying to change the logo and it drops an error.
    “Saving didnt work! Please reload the page and try again.”

    Please check it on. (I payed for the updated license)

    Hi,

    You are getting a 404 error on the file in private when trying to save something in the theme options. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider about that, or share server error logs with us, if they can’t help you out.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. It seems to be a problem with your server firewall, or that it’s blocking something. We can’t really help out with server problems like these unfortunately, your hosting provider should be in a better position to help you out with this.
