Hi!
We just update our client site (1st private link) to the last versions of WordPress and Enfold. But now, some module won’t load for editing, like a table and an image with hotspots. See the error 403 in the screenshot (2nd private link). Also, after login and going around a little, we get kicked out and we can get back to the site as it says; This site can’t be reached. Can you help?
Thanks!

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Here is your login in the private content. You can go into the page “Terrains”. In there, the image hotspot and the table content won’t load to make changes..
Thanks!

[edit: Nevermind, I found a solution by changing the editor to WP Classic Editor in Theme Options]

February 13, 2019 at 7:01 am #1066299Hi metamorfic,
Thanks for that, I tried enabling the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options but the results are the same unfortunately. Could you try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then copy all the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 21, 2019 at 8:03 pm #1070082Hi Rikard,
I did enabled debug mode then copied the shortcode to a new page. That works, but it doesn’t allow me to switch to visual mode. We then tried something: we copied the entire site on our own server, then everything works fine. Sio can it be a server problem? Because we also have trouble trying to install the SSL. We are in the process of suggesting our client to change their web hosting to a better one. Do you think this is a good solution?
Thanks again for your help!

You should be able to switch, which page are you doing it on?
Here is an article on how to move to https with all the aspects
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 4, 2019 at 3:16 pm #1074399We actually moved the site to an other server and that fixed all the problems we add with the update and the SSL. Thanks
