    Hi!

We just update our client site (1st private link) to the last versions of WordPress and Enfold. But now, some module won’t load for editing, like a table and an image with hotspots. See the error 403 in the screenshot (2nd private link). Also, after login and going around a little, we get kicked out and we can get back to the site as it says; This site can’t be reached. Can you help?

    Thanks!

    Hey Genevieve,

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard!

Here is your login in the private content. You can go into the page “Terrains”. In there, the image hotspot and the table content won’t load to make changes..

    Thanks!

    Hi Rikard,

I am having same issue. Please post what you did to fix and I will try it before posting a new issue.

[edit: Nevermind, I found a solution by changing the editor to WP Classic Editor in Theme Options]

    Hi metamorfic,

Thanks for that, I tried enabling the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options but the results are the same unfortunately. Could you try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: (Purchase code hidden if logged out) /#debug-mode”>https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) /#debug-mode, then copy all the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I did enabled debug mode then copied the shortcode to a new page. That works, but it doesn’t allow me to switch to visual mode. We then tried something: we copied the entire site on our own server, then everything works fine. Sio can it be a server problem? Because we also have trouble trying to install the SSL. We are in the process of suggesting our client to change their web hosting to a better one. Do you think this is a good solution?

    Thanks again for your help!
