Hello,
After enabled Layerslider I’m getting this error: GET https://fonts.googleapis.com/css net::ERR_ABORTED 400
and I’m only facing this issue on homepage as Layerslider is enabled on homepage. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the screenshot, I see the same thing on my end though I don’t know why. Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly, or use a plugin like this in order to upload the new zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/.
If your user has the role as administrator is means the account has administrator rights on the site.

Thanks for the update. What happens if you disable your caching plugin? Maybe this thread could help you out? https://www.8theme.com/topic/get-httpfonts-googleapis-comcss-400-bad-request/

RikardDecember 5, 2018 at 9:35 am #1041118I have tried to disabled all of plugins, still same issue.
December 6, 2018 at 12:31 am #1041444I think this file unable to load due to some reason. /css?family=Roboto:100,400,700%7CArimo(fonts.googleapis.com)
this file is loading properly when I’m using another slider like: full screen sliderDecember 10, 2018 at 6:24 pm #1043239Hi sovik_rc,
Can you give us ftp access also?
so we can try to enable debugging and error logging.
Just post the credentials in private content.Best regards,

Yes, if you post the credentials in private content.
If you’re hesitant, you can create a stage site and give us access only to that site, you can check this post on how to create it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,

I don’t think that should cause any issue, since that just removes query strings appended to css and js files of the theme.
You can comment out those code or try to remove it to check. I think it’s more of caching issue since I didn’t get the same result as you have.
Only you /en page returns a 404 in which I could confirm I get when I checked your site.Best regards,

I apologize for the wrong response in the last paragraph.
I have checked your site and I don’t see the error you posted:GET https://fonts.googleapis.com/css net::ERR_ABORTED 400
even when the layerslider is still used, is this already fixed?
Best regards,
