Hi,
i run a website with 2 different installations of Enfold. One is for the company website in the main directory, the other is for a Wp-multisite installation wich has 27 one page small websites for the clients. The problem is that since i updated the last version of WordPress and of the theme, i am not able to edit the One page sites in the wp-mulstisite directory, because the advanced editor (page builder) of the theme does not load.
I have contacted my host and they say the server is running ok, so i dont know what i should do. Please help me!Thanks
May 2, 2016 at 10:22 am #625600Hey balo1,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Best regards,
YigitMay 2, 2016 at 11:02 am #625629Hi,
i have already updated the theme. I checked again and it’s running the latest version. What could the problem be?May 2, 2016 at 11:07 am #625631Hi!
You are still using version 3.5.2 on the website you posted. The latest version of Enfold is currently 3.5.4. Please try updating the theme manually via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
YigitMay 2, 2016 at 12:15 pm #625686I am not running 3.5.2. I am running 3.5.4. It says it in the “Theme Update” of the Theme settings.
May 2, 2016 at 12:18 pm #625694Hi!
Here is what i see (attached a screenshot in private content field)
Regards,
YigitMay 2, 2016 at 12:35 pm #625706That is the main directory. There is a redirect from vedica.it/centri-fiduciari (wich is the sub-directory where the wp multisite is installed) to vedica.it/centri-fiduciari-vedica (wich is a page of the main directory website). I gave all my access data on the first message.
May 2, 2016 at 1:14 pm #625721Hey!
We tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials do not work please send us working login credentials with user role as ‘administrator’ and permission to disable all plugins and add custom code if necessary to resolve the issue.
FYI a plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow the below steps1. Go to plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not exist when plugins are turned off activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Cheers!
VinayMay 3, 2016 at 11:39 am #626345Hi,
the conflict turned out to be with Wordfence Plugin. Any advise for any other security plugins i could use? Thanks for your help
May 3, 2016 at 7:07 pm #626692Hey!
Glad you found the conflicting plugin. If you are already using the latest version of the plugin in this case it is best to use a alternate plugin. We have a list of recommended plugin please check it out at https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/
Please note that every site is setup in a different way and uses different plugins so in case you find any plugins that are conflicting please use an alternate plugin :)

VinayMay 3, 2016 at 7:11 pm #626697I have suffered with editor problems for months and hoped it would fix itself with an update. No Joy.
Bullets add spaces and are reformatted and I need to force them back to normal.
Numbers do the same thing. Here is a screenshot – the numbers were set up fine until I saved it and this is what the advanced editor did – added spaces and made all the numbers ‘1’.
