    Dear Kriesi Team, can you pls have a look on my website? The advanced layout builder doesn’t work, the buttons don’t react. And suddenly, 2 pages are gone. I already rebuilt the gone data protection page, my contact page is still missing. Is it possible that the sweep plugin made some troubles? I hope you can solve my problem.

    Thanks for the update, but I’m still getting the same error message. Are you blocking some IP ranges maybe? If so then please let us know which countries are allowed to access your site.

    Hi Rikard, I don’t block any IP ranges. I access the page from Austria. How can we resolve this problem, to get you access to the dashboard? The access data I sent you works fine for me.

    Hi Christina,

    None of the moderators are located in Austria unfortunately. I tried connecting to your site using a VPN with European and American IPs, but neither worked. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to check what IP ranges are allowed please?

    Hi Christina,

    We all have dynamic IPs, that means they change on a regular basis, so there might not be any point to adding it. You can try with the IP in private though, but the chance is that it will have changed once you have whitelisted it.

    my hosting provider only needs the information from wich country you’re accessing with your IP address. I hope, you have then access to my dashboard because my advanced layout builder still doesn’t work (doesn’t react). Can you give me a hint what the reason can be?

    Hi,

    I still can’t access your site, please see private for the countries which moderators are located in.

    About the Layout Builder problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi Christina,

    Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear that the layout builder is working again.

    About your disappearing pages; the theme doesn’t delete content at random, so we can’t really say why the pages are missing unfortunately. You could restore the site from a backup where they were present, but maybe it would be easier to simply recreate them again?
