    Tried adding a new slideshow. Transitions between slides are random even though I’ve applied the crossfade to all slides. Also, adding HTML on top of the slide 1 won’t display, but it works in layerslider preview. On the dashboard, the plugin announces that a new version is available…

    We have released Enfold 4.0.2 which has the updated version of LayerSlider. Please update the theme to the latest version – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    @fredengl     Are you using Enfold 4.0.2? If you are and still having issues with LayerSlider, please start a new thread and attach temporary admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well

    Same probleme here. Everithing is updated, tried disableing pluggins. Nothing seems to work. I also think it’s enterfeering with my front page editor. Please take a look !

    Hey!

    The layer slider is working properly when I checked the page. Is this fixed? The latest version of the theme has the newest version of the plugin which contains new options. Please edit the sliders then toggle the Slider Settings to refresh it.

    Well, my advances LayerSlider doesn’t work any longer! Tried disabling plugins, doesn’t help. Sliders lost their pictures and transitions.

    @donkrisho    : Did you toggle the Slider Settings? It should refresh the sliders.

    Hey!

    Looks like the images are gone completely. What is the version of the theme prior to the update? Do you have a staging site? Maybe, we can export/import the slider from the old version to the site with the latest version. If not, you might need to re-add the images manually.

    Yes, it’s working relatively ok, but i can’t edit the slider. When I try I get a blank wordpress page.
    Same thing when trying to edit the homepage….. i get a blank page. I can edit any other page….. but the Homepage is the only one that has Layer Slider on it.

    While writing the above message i thought of disabling the YOAST PLUGIN….. and what do you know, everything is working perfectly….except YOAST of course :)

    I don’t know re the theme version prior to the update, it was updated regularly as soon as a notification came up, at least a couple of times for several months now. I don’t have a staging site, unfortunately, only the backups. But I do have those missing images.

    @msgraphixro    : Do you have the latest version of the yoast plugin?

    Is there a way to simply just re-load the images in the slider, and have it back??


    @donkrisho    : I’m sorry but the plugin update causes a lot of lot issue in the existing sliders and the only way to have it back is to add the images again manually. I tried to access the site again but the login credentials are not working. If you have the time, please create a new thread with the login credentials so that we can help you with the slider.

    All images had disappeared not only on the slider but “ALL” the images/thumbnails too.

    Need an urgent fix.
