    Hi there,
    I have trouble with having the right lay-out builder as I was used to. I think an update in WordPress has changed the view in the backend. I’m lost now and wonder how I can get back the ‘normal’ way of working. I see all the lay-out blocks as code instead of the visual builder. I have to scroll all the way down and sometimes the two editors interfere. Can you help me out?

    Hi,

    Not 100% sure what you mean. Are you editing a page and just seeing shortcode information? Does the button up the top say Advanced Layout Editor or Default? If Advanced then click it.

    I’d I’m way off, please post a screenshot of what you are seeing.

    Hi Dennis,

    You updated WordPress and WordPress has a different editor now. You can disable it. Here is how to do it:
