    two main problems
    1. front visitors: forbidden, I guess it is not your problem
    2. admin : not editable for every page, mixed with short codes on the top

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you need further help, then please provide us with admin access, instead of Editor.
