I would like to add to my DOWNLOAD page a new functionality similar to Groupon one (but without pop-up). I mean, when one user accesses to this page It will see a message asking it for its email. If it introduces only the email, it can access to the content of this page (can be cancelled too and accessing to the page)

Do you mean that you want users to add their emails to for instance a mailinglist? If so, here’s a couple of them: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/mailing-list
