Hello,
We are experiencing the same problem described in this thread:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-to-cart-not-working-on-product-pages/‘Add to basket’ button is currently not working on simple product pages, the quantity toggle and button are visible but nothing happens when clicked. I have deactivated plugins and nothing seems to resolve/diagnose the problem with this method.
Best,
Jake.

September 30, 2016 at 2:09 pm #693750Hey Jake!
You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Best regards,
YigitOctober 11, 2016 at 11:04 am #697729Hi Yigit,
We’ve had chance to update to 3.8. I’ve performed hard refresh and in Mozilla completely clear cache.
The ‘add to basket’ button works in IE but not Mozilla or Chrome.
Best,
Jake.
October 12, 2016 at 3:26 am #698131Hey!
In the previous thread, the issue was caused by a plugin and it is probably the same in your installation because we see a lot of errors in the console. Please deactivate all plugins then check if the quantity button is working. If it is working, activate the plugin one at a time to find the conflict.
Best regards,

Thank you for your reply. Disabling all plugins has been done, I have also fixed some of those console errors which related to our Magento integration, when we add the cart buttons via Avia Layout Builder they function correctly, any reason why this might be the case?
Best,
Jake.
October 21, 2016 at 2:30 pm #702410Hi,
so does disabling fix the issue? Please provide us admin access, so we can take a closer look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily?
Best regards,
Andy -
