On my site, I have a donate button on the main menu (as a menu item), which like the other menu items, disappears on smaller screens and converts to the burger menu. Is there any way to add a donate button back on the mobile menu or do you have ideas for some workaround to retain the donate function on a mobile screen header?

Thanks for the update, you can’t do that with the regular menu item. You can try to add a widget to the header and hide it for the screen sizes above the mobile menu though: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
