add a phone number with a street and city address beneath it in the header

I want to be able to add a telephone number and address above the menu on the right where it says home (just started with the pages) to look as follows:-

(904) 425-3599
XXXX Harrison Ave.
Orange Park, Fl 32065

I want to be able to control the font style, color and size and to make the phone number clickable for cell phones and iPads

Again Any and all assistance will put me forever in your debt and I never forget a debt

Thank you for your quick response, however, your suggestion did not give me the results I am wanting to achieve.

I want to make the addition in the header, not above or below it.
