Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please? Also, on which screen sizes is this happening?
Best regards,

May 4, 2018 at 4:16 am #951225Hi Bosco,
Thanks for the feedback and screenshot. You are getting several error messages on the page which all seem related to SSL, could you try to check those resources to make sure they are loaded via https? If you should need any further help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a close look.
Best regards,

May 6, 2018 at 6:59 am #952228Hi,
Thanks for that, though the accordion is working now on my end, did you try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times?
Best regards,
RikardMay 9, 2018 at 11:21 pm #954207Hi!
Just shortly after cleaning the cache, I could navigate (swipe) between the images displayed at the accordion slider, but then it stoped at two differente smartphones alltogether.

May 11, 2018 at 11:02 am #955169Hi,
The dashboard doesn’t look right. The toolbars or panels are located at the top. Did you change that? Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while we inspect the issue?
Best regards,

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
#top .aviaccordion-slide img { opacity: 1; }
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 20, 2018 at 11:53 pm #959543Sorry Victoria,

May 22, 2018 at 8:42 am #960190Hi,
The slider displays properly on desktop and mobile view. Is this fixed? If you want to hide the slider on mobile view, edit the element and toggle the visibility in the Screen Options panel. You can then display another element in place of the accordion.

IsmaelMay 25, 2018 at 7:54 pm #962352Ismael,
The content is displayed but it can’t be swiped.
After clicking any image, the arrows to navigate them doesn’t appear and the content doesn’t show on Ubuntu desktops.
So we still have issues at the site.I hope we can get this solved someday.
Best regards,
BoscoMay 29, 2018 at 11:17 am #963583Hi,
The accordion will stack up on top of each other on mobile view so it doesn’t have to be swiped. Again, you can hide the element on mobile view.

IsmaelJune 11, 2018 at 11:50 pm #971436Hi,
That clarify all.
But we do need the slides on mobile.
Maybe a feature to be implemented on a update?
Thanks,Bosco.
June 12, 2018 at 7:42 am #971560Hi,
You can replace the accordion with an “Easy Slider” or a “Full Width Easy Slider” on mobile view. Use the Screen Options panel to toggle the elements visibility.

IsmaelJune 15, 2018 at 4:15 pm #973375Hi,
I’ve found out that the issue is caused by Hummingbird, a plugin.
For the moment I deactivated it until they find a solution, or I’ll drop it’s use combined with Enfold.
Is our site the only one with this conflict?
Best regards.
BoscoJune 17, 2018 at 5:14 am #973802Hi Bosco,
Hummingbird is an optimisation plugin, correct? There can be things not working with all plugins of that sort, usually you will have to trial and error all the functionality to see what works on your site and what doesn’t. Maybe you could try a different one?
Best regards,
Rikard -
