Hi, I’m having an issue with Accordians set to “Only one toggle open at a time”.
On Chrome and Edge if you Toggle an option and then click another Toggle (without closing the previous), the whole web page shifts down.
This doesn’t happen if I set the Accordian to “Multiple toggles open allowed” (but I don’t want to use this setting).
This also doesn’t seem to happen in your demo: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/accordion/
But on two of my sites the same issue occurs with the theme. Everything is up to date and I have tried switching off all plugins with no success.

Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated : )
    Thanks

    Hey e16esign,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hi thanks for the reply, I’ve updated the Enfold theme and it seems to have partly fixed the issue.
It works in general now without shifting in Chrome however it still shifts/glitches with two scenarios so far:
    1. If I click it through the toggles without closing any of them – occasionally it will shift (this may be on the third toggle or the twelfth – seems random).
    2. If I add a Layslider on the page, it shifts the page much more regularly and if I continue clicking more toggles it shifts the Accordion up above the section it is in and hiding it.

I have added more links to see in the private content.

    Thanks in advance : )

    Hi,

That is actually the expected behavior because the height of the section changes when opening or closing a toggle. This in turn resizes the parallax container which holds the background image. We can’t really think of any solution for this right now aside from moving the toggle outside the section so that it doesn’t affect the parallax background.

Have you tried disabling the parallax background or adjusting the background attachment settings of the color section?

    Best regards,
    Ismael
