Hi,
I got a link from support (https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post) to be able to start a new thread.
Shouldn’t I be able to start a new thread by clicking on a ‘start new thread’ button somewhere? Instead of having to remember this link? I’m pretty sure that’s how it worked before. Can’t find a button anywhere. Am I overlooking something?
Thanks!

When you login to the support forum, you should be directed to this link: https://kriesi.at/support/ below the Forum you should see lists of Themes, you just need to click on one of the theme and just scroll at the bottom and you should see the form to start a new thread (this is arranged in this manner so the thread will automatically be listed within a specific theme). The link you posted just directs you instantly to create a new thread under Enfold.

I see what looks like a password in your post, but no user? How can we check your problem?

The previous code is my tokenSeptember 10, 2019 at 7:01 am #1136387Hi Ron,
Thanks for that. It looks like you haven’t given the token the correct permissions, please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

RonSeptember 10, 2019 at 6:51 pm #1136691HI Rikard,
I have another enfold theme question. I have a client that has not updated her site for a long time. Her current Enfold theme is 4.0.5 and i tried to update to a token but the theme page does not have that option. It only shows the old API fields. How do I her site into the modern age?
Thanks for your help with this.

RonSeptember 11, 2019 at 1:12 pm #1137018Hi Ron,
Great, I’m glad that you got the first problem solved.
For your other site; the update to 4.6.x has to be done manually from versions 4.4.1 and below, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
