Hi I have 2 websites with Enfold themes – bought with 2 different licens (the oldest licens is from 2014/15 and I have lost the Transaction ID because it was purchased with an old e-mail address).
This seem to have influence on the backend editor appearance. The builder is different and some plugins does not work proberly.
Example: The portfolio items: doesn’t show pictures http://www.skovstuenpil.no/?p=5285 – But his shows fine at my other site: http://kurvmakerskolen.no
Can I get some advice how to solve my problems?
Best wishes Lars

February 22, 2018 at 8:08 pm #916271Hi,
You would need to update both sites to the latest version, before there is anything else we can do from our side we are afraid.

BasilisFebruary 22, 2018 at 8:33 pm #916311Ok both sites are updated.
February 24, 2018 at 4:38 am #916956Hi Lars,
I checked the page in private and you are getting several error messages on the page, I’m not sure what is causing them though. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 26, 2018 at 3:29 pm #917863Hi

Thanks for helping!Best regard Lars

VictoriaFebruary 27, 2018 at 4:08 pm #918519Hi
So what you basically says is that deactivating the plugins should solve the problem – and if not, there is nothing you can do?
Best regards Lars

Test that, as we go step by step and we will find the problem in the end.
