Hello, I have just bought a second license for the Enfold-theme. I like to have updates of the theme in my WordPress and therefore I should enter the API Key of my account. Is it correct that its the same API Key as for my first license? I only see 1 API Key.

VictoriaThank you Victoria. I’ve made a personal token. Problem is that I’ve Enfold 4.0.7 on my website. Since a week I’ve noticed that I should set Theme Update for updates. I didn’t know that. So I put Theme Update on and it says now that there is an update. Enfold asks for an API-key, not a token. If I put the token in it or the API-key the same reaction comes: “Download failed. The URL you gave is not correct.” I didn’t put a URL somewhere, I just put in the API-key and also one time the personal token. What can I do now to update the theme to the newest version?

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

Thank you very very much! Update via FTP didn’t worked, but the plugin did!
And I could set my personal token now.
