    Yes it has been in the blacklist. I’ve restored the web with an antique copu, but I see that it is still with malware.
    I’ve never had these problems, what do you recomend me? A Premium Wordfence site cleaning? I have wordfence plgun installed, but the free one?

    Hello,
    I’m getting this error with advanced layout editor – images, icons etc. Tried to disable wordfence firewall, turn it to learning mode. Nothing. But it worked after I completely removed w3 total catche (pop up appeared if I want to remove it’s files comletely).

    But later I had to restore backup. But this time some how messed up w3 uninstall. Tried to delete all w3 files and folders as tutorial says, Reinstaled theme via ftp, reinstalled wordpress.same results – Error fetching content.

    I solved the problem by disabling a plugin, i disabled “jQuery Updater”
    They are active only two plugins: “Wordfence Security” and “Yoast SEO”
    Now I have another problem when i edit a section of text, the text Does Not Appear or Appears invisible because is white. This problem is only for text, the titles work correctly.

    Hallo, ich hab seit ein paar Tagen das Problem das meine Kasse nicht mehr als OnePage dargestellt wird. Ich versuche nun seit 2 Tagen das Problem zu lösen, finde aber nichts was ich noch ändern könnte.

    Der Nutzer wird aktuell vom Warenkorb erst auf den Zwischenschritt “Mein Konto” geschickt anstatt direkt in die Kasse. Die Checkbox in der Kasse “Jetzt Konto eröffnen” fehlt auch. Die Optionen sind in den Einstellungen aber angelegt.
    Es wird einfach nicht mehr wie in eurer Demo dargestellt und ich hab keine Ahnung wo ich noch ansetzen kann.

    so far it all seems to be ok, now have deleted that, no reports of anything either by the server people and wordfence. I also took my other 2 domains down and fully wiped those, did a clean install of wordpress and a a new enfold download, it still showed something not good in the demo folder. so something not right somewhere, when deleted both the server scan what ever there using dont know and word fence reported no problems.

    dear all,

    my site was hacked after I cleaned the site, the server people says that the demo folder contained hacking code.

    When I had cleaned up and installed from scratch, with a clean enfold download they still said the folder contained malicious code and I should delete.

    wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/admin/demo_files

    i also scanned with wordfence as well and it picked up the same files.

    please bear in mind this was from a clean wordpress install, then clean enfold install from, download and then installed. then reuploaded a clean database.

    very odd anyone else had any problems.

    I am a little reticent to upload updates of this is a problem.

    could you look into this please.

    Hey!

    I couldn’t find the slider in the homepage, I have disable all plugins except for Wordfence and created 2 test pages (links below), the first one’s slideshow is created after all plugins except wordfence has been disabled and the second one, after I have re-enabled all the recently deactivated plugins, it seems the issue doesn’t appear anymore which is weird. And yes I was suspecting the problem is most likely caused by ShortPixel Image Optimizer, WP Rocket. Let us know if the issue still persists on your end.

    Hey ginigarbick,

    This is outside the scope our support but we would gladly give you some ideas. The codes there should be placed inside .htaccess file (same location where you can find wp-config.php, most likely in public_html via cpanel or ftp). I think you may want to try to use a wordpress plugin instead for that job, you might like to check Wordfence.

    Thanks, it was the wordfence problem here as well. Even from the wordfence plugin install of the wordpress installation in the parent directory. I have a couple of wordpress installs in a subdirectory for development.

    Hello Ismael,

    Yes the change in the .htaccess has been done in the relevant domain.

    In parallel I have reinitialised the .htaccess file, re-entered the lines for the CORS fix, and then deleted and reinstall all plugins which write into the .htaccess file (WP Rocket, Wordfence, Move Login) and now IT WORKS.

    I have applied the same method to the live site and it also works.

    Solved. The new site with this problem is on a subdomein with its own fresh WP installation. On the root doman I also have another WP install wich has the Wordfence plugin and when I deactivated Wordfence on that install the problem was gone.

    Reactivated Wordfence, and put it in learning mode again and it looks fine now.

    Hello people,

    I am working on a website in Enfold. On this website I am using Tablepress for easy creating, editing and inserting tables.

    If I create a new page with some diofferent layout elements, insert the Tablepress shortcode in a textblock and save the page I can not edit that specific textblock anymore. When I try to edit the textblock wich contains the Tablepress shortcodes I recieve the following error message:

    An error occured Error fetching content Please reload the page and try again

    I haven’t installed any plugin like Wordfence. It is a fresh WP installation. The message only appears when I try to edit the textblock containing the Tablepress shortcodes. Other elements on the page can be edited without any problem.

    I checked your site for any issues with the layout builder but did not come across anything unusual other than the “Wordfence” plugin was blocking a few actions on the layout builder. If you face any issue please deactivate “Wordfence” plugin and check it out.

    As of now everything seem to work correctly but in case you have any issue please let us know exactly how we can re-produce the issue so we can help you better.

    Every time I update settings for my contact form created through Avia Layout Builder it updates in the fromt end of the website but going back into backend the info stays original. Not sure what the problem is. Tried disabling Wordfence, clearing cache, theme is up to date, wp is up to date, tried disabling all plugins – still nothing.

    Please advice. Credentials in the Private content.

    Often it takes a while for the API key to work. Also consider clearing cache, DNS to check it. I use Wordfence security plugin and sometimes that is a problem.
    After trying every combination I could think of, the only thing that worked was removing the API key.
    One other thought – I have a Google account for each client, but it is through their domain. In other circumstances, my gmail account worked….
    I have always had difficulty with API keys, but never as much as this time.

    I haven’t changed the code of the site and the custom code that has been added is below.

    My site is displaying foreign text and links over my pages and looks awful. I contacted my host (TSO Host) who confirmed that the site has been compromised and that they suspect it was via Enfold theme. I have attached the scan file they sent me.

    I have added Securi plugin which is showing no malware or other obvious issues. I also have Wordfence which has been working well for a few months.

    Hi there,
    Just setting up a new website, and the mega menu is not working. It’s just a scroll down submenu. See here:

    I’ve only 3 plugins installed (SEO yoast, Antispam bee, Wordfence). I deactivated them all, to no avail.
    My theme version is up to date (3.6.1), wordpress version up to date as well. What’s going wrong?

    I have the same issue and I am not using a cache plugin, along with the video shortcode not working, google maps shortcode no working, and the drag and drop to reorder the gallery isn’t working. The only plugin I have is Wordfence and I tried already deactivating it and all problems still continue. Just writing this to let you know she isn’t the only one. I already put in a thread about this and someone mentioned they are working on the theme update.
