    Hi,
    I noticed an issue on Enfold 2.4.2 & 2.4.1, which I replicated on temporary/local websites, so I’m probably not the only one experiencing this.
    Basically, when a primary menu is enabled, all the “i” become “I” on the secondary top menu , on the Enfold Latest News widget & Enfold Combo Widget.
    The text is on the primary menu itself is ok, but it seems to be provoking the problem elsewhere.
    Problem happens so far only with the default Open Sans font.

    Thank you!

    I ended up having to add a bit more to get it to match the rounded corners and white outline of the other buttons.

    The final code turned out this way:

    #top div .widget_shopping_cart .button {
    display: block;
    float: left;
    width: 151px;
    text-align: center;
    border-color: #ffffff;
    border-width: 1px;
    border-style: solid;
    border-radius: 3px;
    margin-bottom: 3px;
    }

    Just in case someone else could use it!

    I am having the same problem that this user was having: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/header-height-question/

    But adding the code provided in the Custom CSS did not fix the problem. Do you have any suggestions?
    This is the code that I used:

    .fixed_header.social_header #main { padding-top: 80px; } I dropped it down to 5px with no change. Thanks!

    In reply to: bbPress 2.5 error?

    Hi!

    I’ll tag the topic for Kriesi but as of right now none of the themes have been tested or officially support 2.5. He has been sick for a few weeks so there hasn’t been a chance to test yet so if you are looking for an ASAP solution or update that will most likely not happen right away.

    Hello

    First off loving the theme in general, great job.

    I’m working on a new site at: http://www.jelfon.com/nr1/

    We are only in the very early stages at the moment, but we’d like to make the whole site narrower as there is not a huge amount of text content in general, so the less space to fill the better.

    Ideally I’d like to try the site width at 960px wide by default, and we want to keep it responsive.

    We are using the default width in “Responsive Layout” so the 1030px option and as you can see we are using the boxed mode and the last Header option with the bottom menu.

    Ideally I’d like to make the overall site approx 960px wide and reduce the default spacing from the current 50px to 25px.

    I started the process by following a few forum posts and did manage to achieve some of the changes, but not all of them properly, so have just gone back to closer to the default settings and removed some of the extra CSS I’d applied in my tests.

    This is another small issue and not related to above, but if you look at my progress at the narrow size:
    http://responsivedesignsimulator.com/?http://www.jelfon.com/nr1/

    TOP PHONE / EMAIL – How to move it down on the smallest view.
    The top phone number and email is too close to the top of the browser, so can you help me move it down a little bit in the narrow view so on an iPhone for example, I’d like to move it down just so there’s a bit of room above, even 10px would make it look a lot better.

    If you can help I’d be very grateful.

    Thanks
    Joe

    Hi,

    I’m hoping someone can take a quick look at this issue I am having with a small snippet of custom CSS. So, in the footer area I have a newsletter signup, and the input text is a dark grey on a black background. It is very difficult to see, so I added this in the quick CSS:

    #top .footer_color input[type='text'],input[type='email'] {border-color: #444444; background-color: #333333; color: #aaaaaa;}

    You can see what I mean here on the bottom of the home page: http://www.mosfoundation.org.

    The CSS code is not changing it, I’m pretty sure it’s the CSS I added, but who knows.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Yigit,

    Unfortunately that hasn’t worked – sorry I was showing a friend so had added in a colour section between the two layersliders overnight. If you view the page http://www.mealgram.com.au/wordpress now you’ll see that the issue remains unfixed. Adding that to the quick CSS just changed the height of the top Advanced Layerslider. Any ideas on how this can be fixed in its current form?

    Thanks,
    Tom

    I set up the Simplify CC payment gateway extension with Woocommerce within my Enfold Theme. I can’t get the checkout page to perform as expected. No responses, no error messages. Just looks like it’s processing then it stops right where it started. I tried to verify that it’s an Enfold thing by setting up a test area and minimal shop using the WP2013 theme and the same plug-ins. It seems to work OK that way.

    Thanks for having a look.

    I have a page I need password protected so I set that up through the WP visibility options. I have deactivated all plugins and when I switch to Twenty Thirteen theme, the password prompt stops me prior to getting to the page and when Enfold is activated, it doesn’t (with nothing else being changed).

    Any ideas?

    Hi Josue,

    yes i have tried it but for some reason it doesn’t work neither with the layout builder nor with the standard editor. I have placed the iframe code to the “text” editor.

    if i use a text block with the advanced editor and if i place the code to that using the “text” editor option it shows the iframe content after i save the text block but as soon s i publish the page i get a white content section and the frame is gone.

    the thing is i see the code in the source code of the page but for some reason nothing appears on the fronted.

    Additional to this i would love to use the advanced layout builder to keep the design of our pages. If i use the standard editor i am not able to add a fullwidth slider on top of our page.

    should i post a link ?

    In reply to: Make Top Icon Linkable

    Hey!

    If you want to overwrite an existing shortcode create a “shortcodes” folder within the child theme directory, then copy the /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/iconbox.php into the child theme “shortcodes” folder and modify the php code. Then add following code into the child theme functions.php file

    add_filter('avia_load_shortcodes', 'avia_include_shortcode_template', 15, 1);
    function avia_include_shortcode_template($paths)
    {
    	$template_url = get_stylesheet_directory();
        	array_unshift($paths, $template_url.'/shortcodes/');

    	return $paths;
    }

    This code will make sure the the shortcode file of the child theme is loaded first and you can overwrite the parent theme shortcode files with the child theme.

    Cheers!

    There is one more problem with the contact page:

    The “Message” box does not have a label or name.

    If I change it to be a “Text Input” then its name appears above it with an asterix. However as soon as I change it to a “Text Area” the name disappears.

    How can I get the name to show up even on a “Text Area” on the contact form?

    This may have something to do with

    Hi!

    Are you talking about the lightbox’s black border when you click on the image?

    You can add this on your custom.css or Quick CSS to remove the search button:

    #top #menu-item-search {
    display: none;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    1.) The HR uses this selector:

    .main_color div {
    border-color: #E1E1E1;
    }

    2.) Please remove the CSS:

    #top #wrap_all .avia-gallery-1 .avia-gallery-thumb a {
    width: 19% !important;
    }

    Cheers!

    In reply to: Tab Navigation

    Hi!

    If you want to completely remove the “scroll” effect you just need to delete this line

    window.scrollTo(0, container.offset().top - 70);

    in the code I posted here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/tab-navigation-2/#post-193576
    If you want to add some padding just increase the last value (-70) and replace it with i.e. -30. You can also add a positive value (i.e. + 10) to the offset instead of subtracting 70px.

    @ocklein
    . no unfortunately not because Abundance does not support deep linking for tabs.

    Best regards,
    Peter

    Hi,
    Is there a way i could add a button (using the theme button with icon) in the header. I am using small non fixed header ( customized it to re-position the menu and reduced its size). I have refered this but couldnt find it helpful as i couldnt find the code line specified.

    #194651

    Hey sgrobert!

    You can edit framework > php > class-breadcrumbs.php, find this codes on line 26:

    echo '<p class="breadcrumb"><span class="breadcrumb_info">'.__('You are here:','avia_framework').'</span> <a href="'.get_bloginfo('url').'">';

    and 186:

    'before' => '<span class="breadcrumb-title">' . __( 'You are here:', 'avia_framework' ) . '</span>',

    You can modify the breadcrumb text using this on Quick CSS:

    .title_container .breadcrumb {
    z-index: 10;
    line-height: 15px;
    font-size: 13px;
    position: absolute;
    right: 0;
    top: 50%;
    margin-top: -7px;
    }

    .alternate_color .breadcrumb {
    color : red;
    }

    Cheers!

    In reply to: CSS needed

    Howdy,
    good idea, but now the promobox (see above) does not get any CSS formating.
    The css styling of the promobox has now moved to the next element (first column)…

    My Quick CSS content:

    .page-id-734 .content { padding-top: 0; }

    #av_section_1 .container { width: 100%; }

    body .container_wrap .avia-builder-el-first {
    background-color: #3C3C3C;
    color: white;}
    .av_promobox { max-width: 100%;
    padding: 15px 30px; }
    .avia-promocontent p {
    font-size: 18px;
    }

    I assume the promobox is not “.avia-builder-el-first” any more…?

    Can you help?

    Hi Josue,

    Also, on a sidenote, when scrolling up to the top, the logo becomes super small and not it is its original logo size.

    Regards,
    Robert Chai

    #194611

    Hi Josue,

    It does seem to work, though I’m not sure whether the “Logo”-squash effect is suppose to look like that when then height’s resizing can be seen. Given that, the slider’s background doesn’t seem to appear correctly now from the base of the menu and below.

    Also, could you direct me at the ‘classes’ to edit for the menu links for a, a:hover , as the layout seem to be slightly offset in height for the menu links. Appreciate it!

    With regards,
    Robert Chai

    #194610

    Hey!

    Try replacing the logo part with this:

    .logo {
        left: 0 !important;
        right: 0 !important;
        margin: 0 auto !important;
        width: 156px !important;
        height: 156px !important;
    }
    .logo img {
        width: 100% !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Josue
