The advanced layout editor is not showing the visual aspect, only the code. It did at first, but then it went away. Thanks to WordPress forums, I thought I found a way around the issue by clearing my browser’s cache whenever I ran into the problem. This made the text visible at least until I had to go ahead and create or work on another page, at which point I often needed to dump cookies again. It was a rather inconvenient solution, but it worked, that is, until it stopped working.
Hey AlainTernet!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab
1-
.avia-menu-fx { height: 5px; }
2-
#header_main .container, .main_menu ul:first-child > li a, .logo img, .logo a {
height: 88px !important;
line-height: 88px !important;
max-height: none !important;
}

I have another question. I’m sorry but I can’t find a previous forum discussion on this topic. and am unable to begin a new thread. I would like to understand how to change the format of how posts are viewed on the front page.
Right now a preview image is not viewed, but an Icon is instead. I do not want to display the Icon, but want the image of the post to be displayed. Also, I do want a link to the original post with a Read More. Where can I change these settings?
My settings for the Blog Posts widget is
Display blog posts
Frontpage Article
Single Author, small preview Pic
Excerpt with a Read More Link
Set the preview image size automatically based on column or layout…
My website is bringingmiracles.com

Hello again Kriesi team,
I am testing fullwidth masonry gallery but i have problems to adjust the design to different resolutions.
Test1, with 6 images 500×315 px, with perfect automatic masonry and 1 pixel gap configuration.
– In a laptop the masonry gallery shows 2 images per row fullwidth, perfectly
– In a tablet the masonry gallery shows 1 image per row, showing a background in grey to complete the fullwidth, not very perfect and responsive
I tested with different image sizes, but when the masonry gallery shows perfectly in the laptop with 16:9 resolution, do not show very perfect and responsive in a tablet with 4:3 resolution. When the masonry galley shows perfectly in a tablet, do not show very perfect in a laptop.
Is there any way to force two images fullwidth per row in any resolution?
Thanks in advance for your time.
Regards, Raul Ibañez.

Hi!
You can try to change the thumbnail size of the images in the default gallery (i.e. use “No Scaling (Original Width X Original Height)”). Then use following code
#top .avia-gallery .avia-gallery-thumb a {
height: auto;
width: 20%;
}
to change the width of the images in % and the height:auto attribute will make sure that the images are not cropped.
Best regards,
Peter

Hey!
The single product template does not support a right sidebar at the moment. Some major code rewrites would be required. Please post a request here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-feature-requests/
Best regards,
Ismael
Hello,
I have 3 images side by side on this page:
http://socialmediamanagernetwork.com/join/
notice when you hover the mouse of the image, it pushes the images to stack vertically and displays a circle with an arrow on top of the image. How do I remove this so there is no affects on the hover?
Thank you
Add to the previous css so that its:
ul.pricing-table,
.pricing-table-wrap {
vertical-align: top;
}
This is a strange recent error. A page called “Resources” was previously a child page (with children) but was moved to become a top level page. Ever since this change, the child pages of this page no longer work, pulling up 404 errors. If I change the parent page (such as to “About”) for any of these child pages, the child pages work fine.
I have cleared the WT3 cache and have re-saved the permalinks with no luck. I even deleted the current “Resources” page, emptied the trash, and rebuilt it, and the child pages still don’t work (unless they have another parent).
Thanks for your assistance
do you mean not using them or try using them? I haven’t ever used an incognito window, is there a setting that engages this by default when creating a new tab with the button at the top?
Well at least other people aren’t experiencing this, hopefully. I just wish I could figure this out. Driving me nuts.
This is probably not the case but I did modify the masonry_entries.php file
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/display-media-item-title-in-the-lightbox/#post-183506
So if you guys addressed this issue and changed that code then when I updated it wouldn’t be taking effect. This cant be the reason though as you would be experiencing it also. It just seems to be my computer
Hi!
I’m not getting any major issues in IE8 at least on Windows 7. Though I don’t have an XP machine to test on at the moment but i’ll tag the topic for myself to check when I’m at my other office that has a few xp machines running so I can test live.
You may want to let the client know that come April XP is no longer supported by Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enterprise/endofsupport.aspx
And with XP at 11% http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_os.asp and IE8 at 3% http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_explorer.asp he is in the minority of minorities.
On that front, make sure that the client is at least using the most recent version of XP and its service pack as well as the most recent version of IE8.
Best regards,
Devin
Hey AndrewDelaware!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab
#top .iconbox_top {
margin-top: 45px; }

Yigit
Hey!
Please use following code in Quick CSS instead
.alternate_color.title_container .main-title { color: #655b58; }
#top .title_container .container { text-align: center; }

Yigit
I read your documentation but need more specific instructions to help me with adding a margin to all images with a class of alignleft.
I would like to insure that the text will wrap with a 10px margin on the right and bottom. I would like to set it as a default so that other users do not have to fiddle with it when adding a post.
Please explain exactly where I can make these changes and what I need to add. I tried to add Custom CSS to the custom.css file but don’t think this is correct. Is this what I need to add to it?
/* General Custom CSS */
add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_css’);
clb-alignleft
#top .clb-alignleft {
margin-right: 10px;
margin-bottom:10px;
}
If this is correct, then will the styling be automatically applied when an image is uploaded and set as “left” when adding to a page or post?
Thank you!

Wow, I tried the same, but this time I uploaded zip and unpacked on the server in file management panel on hoster’s website. This time without issues. Please mark as solved.

Hello!
I found this closed thread here, which got me started but I’m having troubles.
1. I have created a slide PNG image that is two time larger than my selected Easy Slider size (710x270px). In theory I could upload it and would work for either retina displays or not. But it just refuses to upload (its only 428K).
2. I exported a copy of this slide as a JPG and COULD get it to upload, however the Easy Slider is choosing to display the 710x270px image when in fact, I’d like to display the 1420x540px version so it works on retina devices.
What am I doing wrong?
Unfortunately, that’s exactly what I have done. First, I completely erased /enfold folder on site via ftp, then uploaded the new /enfold folder. I didn’t overwrite. And I have no child themes.

As you can see at http://mobilepdfsdk.biz/?page_id=1277
‘Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)’ is in a color section with no padding option. However we have a margin at the bottom.
I want to remove the margin at the bottom as well as the top.
Thank you.
Hello,
i did the code changes but it still displays the sidebar only on the main forum view.
If i select a sub forum or a thread it will not get displayed anymore.
# Edit: Okay now it finally works. You have to activate both “Sidebar on Archive Pages” and “Sidebar on Single Post Pages” in the theme settings.
Thanks
HI
Many thanks for this – right now messing around with illustrator etc to try and get some decent images.
On a different topic – I am getting lost as to how to edit the images that are displayed in the three large boxes under single portfolio 2/3 slider – which goes across the page in 3 colums on the template home page – when I click edit it just allows you to change how many display etc. How to I change the actual images?
Thank you!
