Hey!
If it is detailed, please start a new topic, if not, you can just ask it here
Cheers!

Yes.
It was a “plugins issue”.
The plugin was “Post Types Order”
http://www.nsp-code.com/wordpress-plugins/post-types-order/
http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/
============
You might want to make it known that this plugin will cause issues with your theme’s “Search Results” page not being able to display the top navigation menu.

Hello
I’ve got a problem with parallax color sections on my home page.
When using a fullscreen video slide on top of page, the two parallax are not working correctly…
They are cutted on top.

And how do you insert the video slide on your demo theme on home page ? I don’t reach to have clean display and progressive scrolling like you…
Thanx a lot !

Hi!
Is there a way to stop the auto resizing when uploading a picture?
I disabled it in wordpress, but Enfold overrides this setting.
Many thanks!
– Michael
Hi asafku!
Please try following code in Quick CSS section
.title_container { direction: ltr!important; }
and post the link to your website if that does not work. I have checked the website you have posted in your previous topic but it is currently using Twentyfourteen theme.
Cheers!

Dear Team,
I have two problems I need to solve.
1 – In mi home site http://equipodemarketing.com/ I have two Advanced Layersliders. The second one shows a gray line below the images. Is there a way to hide this grey line 1px width?
2 – It is very curious cause in my home site http://dtimegroup.com/ I have done the same but in this case the Advanced Layerslider shows two grey lines (instead of just one) at the top and at the bottom. How can I hide in this case the two grey lines?
Many thanks for the support and many regards from Madrid, Adolfo
one more thing,
why do the scrollbars on the right and bottom appear even when viewing in desktop?
shouldnt they only appear on mobiles?

Hey,
I`m trying to fix the breadcrumbs in RTL web site.
I want to enforce LTR only in the breadcrumbs div, but no luck. I tried the following css:
#top .title_container .container { direction: ltr; }
Thank you,
Asaf
regarding custom fonts – this solution is much better:

Hey!
Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:
#main {
padding-top: 151px !important;
}
Cheers!

Hey wait! I found how you can change the names!
Go into the slider ‘global settings’ and then there is a field at the top of the page where you can re-name the slider! presto!
Is it possible? For instance, is there a way to make a fullwidth page that includes a section with three columns, and each column has a different background colour and you can add any other page element into that column as usual?
I’ve looked and can’t seem to find a way, hoping I’m just missing something simple.
Otherwise I really hope this is a feature at the top of the request list if its not currently possible!
Cheers
Hi Arnold!
I already replied to your other topic regarding this new issue.
Cheers,
Josue
Hey!
Please use this:
#top .iconbox_top {
margin-top: 50px;
text-align: center;
}
Cheers!
Ismael
Hopefully one last question.
How do I change the color of the menu bar color at the very top of the page? I want to just change that so I can adjust the colors on the other parts of the page.
So I figured out that its not working properly in Firefox – it is working (kindove) in Chrome. In Chrome – it still shows way too much of the footer section and in Firefox, its not transparent and the image isnt at the top most left starting spot.
The phone number spot is still above the logo – can the phone number be on the same line as the social media icons.
Will this work with a fixed header?
Hi!
You can post the screenshot using imgur or dropbox. Add this on Quick CSS or custom.css:
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, #top .title_container .main-title, tr.pricing-row td, #top .portfolio-title, .callout .content-area, .avia-big-box .avia-innerbox, .av-special-font {
font-family: 'Open Sans', 'HelveticaNeue', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
font-weight: 500;
}
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Erdrol!
Thanks for the suggestion, post it here so Kriesi can see it :)
Best regards,

Hi. I’ve tried all sorts of things without success, but if you cannot see the difference when scrolling in Chrome, please do this: Go to the test page I noted above. In the admin panel under “Design” (lower right), then under Header Settings, change between “Display the Header” and Don’t display the header.” When the header is displayed, the page scrolls correctly and smoothly in Chrome. When the header is not displayed (as is the case on a homepage), scrolling is not smooth in Chrome and results in “jumps” that leave white spaces that cover nearly the entire screen. Again, please see the screen shot I posted above that clearly shows this. (In some monitors, there is nothing but white space as you scroll at one point between the icons and rock image). Also, if this will help: Note that if the image in the second color section is set to “scroll” instead of “fixed,” this affects the full screen image which becomes “jerky”–again, only in Chrome.
None of this is readily noticeable if you’re scrolling extremely fast, I suppose, but it does in fact “lag” when scrolling at anywhere near normal speed. We did this today on several different machines–all with the same result in Chrome. If necessary, I can send you actual video of several persons on the same page with the same scroll problem in Chrome. I cannot explain the issue more clearly in words and screen shots. You will notice that, as you scroll in Chrome, the second image (of the rocks) just “jumps” into view rather than smoothly coming into view as it does in all other browsers. If this is a theme bug with Chrome, please let me know (I understand that there’s no “perfect” theme), so that I can abandon attempting to correct the uncorrectable. I mention this because a very similar problem regarding Chrome was reported several months ago here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/laggy-fullscreen-slider/ As in my case, the issue was initially denied, finally accepted after others reported the same, then a fix for the future was indicated. I gather it has not been fixed? Or is a different issue altogether? How was that issue finally resolved? Again, I ask so that I don’t continue on the proverbial wild goose chase.
But again, I want to emphasize that everything works and looks great where there is a header (the page title and breadcrumbs–i.e., on every page except home). There may very well be a solution in that fact, but unfortunately, I don’t know nearly enough about the theme to figure it out.
Thanks again!
I have increased my logo size by adding the following to my CSS:
.logo, .logo a, .logo img { max-width: 246px!important; }
#header_main .container, .main_menu ul:first-child > li a { height: 150px; line-height: 150px; }
My layer slider that is at the top of my home page is now covered by the increased header size. How do I move the page down below the header?
Hey!
Add this code too:
#top .social_bookmarks li, #header_main {
border-color: transparent !important;
}
Best regards,
Josue

Sorry and I’d also like to move the images closer to each other towards the centre. For convenience, all questions are:
1) How can I get the images to be aligned centre vertically? Currently centred horizontally as per the option in the theme provides but as you can see they all seem to be aligned “top” vertically.
2) How come the centre image shows an overlay when cursor goes over it and the others don’t? Can I remove this?
3) Can I remove some of the whitespace around the top and bottom of the images?
4) Can I move the images all closer towards the centre of the page?
Thanks!
Best,
Jonathan
Hello,
I’ve seen a previous topic similar but the code doesn’t work for my Icon List.
I’d like to replace a normal icon with an image from icon list (Bubbles)
The image will be automatically fitting the bubble shape (I’ll resize if necessary)
Which code may i add ?
in : help-social-media.php
line 73 : $html .= ““;
Kind Regards
