Hi!
No, you do not have to install WPML. Please see Peter’s post here to add subsets – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-a-new-custom-font/#post-212124

Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS as well
.header_color span { border-color: #f0520e!important; }
.header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a, #top .main_menu .menu li ul a { color: red; }
Please edit your pages where you would like to use transparent header and choose to display "transparent header" under Layout http://i.imgur.com/6mB39C6.jpg
Regards,
Yigit
Since the update, the social icons in the Header are on top of the logo on an iPhone.
What are my options?

I have read most of the posts about making changes to the menu. I’ve tried several of the recommended changes to change font color, background, add shadows, etc but the only one that works is the color change to the “Blog” menu item. None of the other menu changes work.
This is an example –
#top #header .avia_mega_div .sub-menu { background-color: #006e9f;
a:link color:#FFFFFF;text-decoration:none;
This does change the background color on the “Blog” but doesn’t change the links. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I would like all of the menu item drop downs to have the semi-transparent background, change the font and the color to white.
Thanks!

Hey lombrano!
If you are not using the latest version of Enfold (2.6.2), please update it to the latest version which gives you more control over header options. You can choose to center logo and menu and choose to display fixed header

Yigit
Hi,
deselecting the ” Display the language switcher in the WP Menu” works, but it’s just a workaround, infact it’s not the way WPML plugin is meant to work.
I had the same problem and solved it disabling “MailChimp List Subscribe Form” plugin, please read here for futher infos: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-wpml-translated-categories-post-slider-not-working-properly/
Hope it can help!

Thanks, Peter – http://christianmacleod.com/dev/shop-collection/
Although, now I’ve changed the background of the gallery and the elements to black you can’t see them flip.
Is there a way to make them fade in and how can I stop the elements enlarging on mouse over.
Thanks
Steven
Hi!
1) Maybe the language cookie is missing. Try to clear your browser cache & delete cookies and then go to the editor page to translate it. See: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wpml-homepage-blog-post-not-working/#post-230549
If this doesn’t help try to deactivate all plugins except WPML and check if the translated categories pop up. If yes a plugin conflicts with WPML and you need to activate them one by one to find the culprit. I.e. here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-adding-avia-button-in-spanish/ the “All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely” plugin caused a conflict.
2) Go to WPML > Languages and deselect the ” Display the language switcher in the WP Menu” checkbox.
Best regards,
Peter
Hey!
I recently received help from you with my header and the translation flags.
See thread here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/insert-partnerlogo-element/#post-239165
I wonder which one of the config.php files you inserted the code in?
Thank you
Hey!
I just noticed the code I provided used the wrong selector – please try:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
.responsive #header .avia_wpml_language_switch {
text-align: right;
}
}
Best regards,
Peter

Hi!
Can you post a link to the page where the images ‘flip’ into place? I’m not sure what you mean with “flip into place”. You can change the background color of the masonry elements with:
#top .av-inner-masonry.main_color{
background-color: #000000;
}
Cheers!
Peter
Hey!
Insert this code into the quick css field:
#top #wrap_all .post-entry.post-entry-226{
width: 75%;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}
Best regards,
Peter
Hey philippe2812!
1) Thanks for the feedback but that’s not true. You can’t set two different options for the same entry. If you want to use the default settings (“Enfold settings” configuration) just select the “Default Layout” option. If you want to overwrite the default layout then you can select another option like “Display title and breadcrumbs”, etc.
2) Thanks for the feedback. Tbh I think we won’t change this though because renaming the settings would confuse the existing theme users who are already familiar with the options.
3) You could add a sub-text to the logo – see: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/disappear-title/
Best regards,
Peter

http://www.test.theimplantcentre.com/
I’d like to change the colour of the secondary menu panel at the very top of the page to dark blue (#0e2f61) and the menu text (Patient site & Dentist site) change to white.
Plus in the Patient Stories panel further down the page I want to close the gap between the top of the panel and image so that it’s the same size as the gap below the image. Ideally making the text Patient stories level with the op of the image.
Many thanks
Rupert
HI thanks.
The topic is not correct anymore unfortunately as the position of the icon box is now corrected by the steps which have been suggested. Now the only problem is it seems that the background images causes a “scroll bar” in some browsers on XP while it is shown on other systems / versions perfectly.
Of course I know that XP is not officially supported, but I still hope for help ;-)
Regards
I would like to create some graphics in the top menu, which remains fixed when scrolling down. Take a look at http://hinthunt.co.uk for example. Is this possible with enfold ?
Thanks in advance for your help
Thanks Ismael! I’ll update, watch the video and let you know.
Cheers,
Steve
Hey!
On the latest version of Enfold, you’ll have the Import / Export panel where you can export and import the theme settings. Export the theme settings file before updating then import it back after. Anyway, the message “Updating this theme will lose any customizations you have made.” means that you will lose any hard coded changes that you made directly on the theme files but you will not lose the theme options.
Cheers!
Ismael
Hi David!
Can you please give us a link to the website? You can hide the title container on Enfold > Header > Header Layout > Header Title and Breadcrumbs, select “Hide both”. You can also add this on Quick CSS:
.title_container {
display: none !important;
}
Please refer to this link on how to fix icons on firefox and ie: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/icons-still-not-working-in-firefox-and-ie/#post-173204
Regards,
Ismael
Hey!
If you don’t have the said file on includes folder then you’re using an old version of the theme. Please download 2.6.2 then edit helper-main-menu.php. Update the theme via FTP. Watch this video by Devin: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Cheers!
Ismael
Hey!
@Driekus: Thank you for the tip. :)
@Emmanuelppp: You can something like this on Quick CSS or custom.css:
.av_textblock_section {
margin-top: -15px;
}
Cheers!
Ismael
