    On another topic, I have several pictures that I uploaded and all need to be rotated, but when I try that action it tells me that it cannot load the preview image. Reload the page and try again. ‘ I have tried several times.

    I have been using WooCommerce and their Booking plugin by Tyche Software on an Enfold site for a couple of years now with no hitch. A recent upgrade has created an issue for the client though.
    The booking plugin basically allows clients to purchase a block of time and reserve it ( this is for an art’s class). When a client selects 1 item and goes to the shopping cart everything works out ok. The time slot is reserved and the charge for the item is the full price.
    The problem occurs when a client chooses two or more of the same glass (aka enrolling a friend). Then if they add it to the cart and go to the shopping page the price has been divided by how many items were selected. (example, a $49 class for two people will now show at purchasing two $24.50 classes to equal $49 in the cart)
    To add a further wrinkle, if the quantity change is done a the shopping cart level instead of the product level, everything works fine.
    I have been able to trouble shoot this to being a conflict with current version of their software and your theme as when I disable all plugins but WooCommerce and the Booking plugin the problem still exists, but if I activate a generic WP theme and activate all plugins, the issue goes away.
    I am using WP: 4.5
    Enfold: 3.5.2
    And All plugins are up to date.
    I have contacted the plugin developer as well and am hoping for a resolution to this between you both.

    Hi! I updated to Enfold 3.5.2 after the WordPress update yesterday, and the site is working well again and I’m doing some changes.

    I only have one question about an item that has changed after the update, It is the post slider on home page. The thumbnails are fine, but underneath the pic the category is now being displayed instead of the date. And the date has now moved underneath the news headline. The post slider edit in Avia layout builder doesn’t let me edit this. What I had, and want, is picture, date, headline, “read more” from top to bottom. Is there a piece of code that should go somewhere?

    i did back it up and had to restore the old backup, when I updated wordpress and enfold the whole theme stopped working correctly. Grid rows werent working, the masonry gallery wasnt working and the partner logos werent working. So I have to leave it on the old platform until there are fixes?

    I would like to move the “scroll-top-link” a little bit down and put another image above. This new one should be visible always.
    Is there a way to place that new image (I prefer Quick CSS)?

    Hi there, I recently change the domain name for a website I was working on. Everything was perfect before the domain change, but now a few things aren’t working properly. The layer slider at the top of page doesn’t show anything – it’s black. The testimonials don’t look right – the student images look low brightness and the background image isn’t showing up. There is too much open space at the bottom of the page and the social media icons seems too small.

    I’m not sure how to proceed, so any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Yes, please stop self posting as it is not helping us at all.
    Have you overwritten files once again via FTP? Seems like it is not overwriting all files as issue that we fixed in 3.5.2 is still there.

    Hello,

    Great work guys on this plugin. I have an issue i need help on. I put a WordPress audio shortcode inside an ajax portfolio item (portfolio item called ‘MP3 Test’ on the page in the private content ). When the item is clicked and the contents display via ajax, I see the audio come up. When i click play the audio starts playing which is good.

    The problem comes from closing the ajax display, the audio keeps playing, even when i use the arrow to navigate to the next portfolio item the music keeps playing. I believe the audio should stop/pause when i close the ajax view or use arrow to navigate to the next item or click another portfolio item.

    How can I get this fixed.

    This site has been up and running for a year or 2 years… was beautiful, all of a sudden, this week, all fullwidth easy sliders on site stopped working – there is just a blank space where they are supposed to be. As to full width color sections with images, the images are goine.

    Here’s one page on the site that has a fullwidth easy slider at the top and sever color sections with images and overlays, they are all missing:

    I also noticed the revolution slider on home page has the bottom cut off, cuts off 1/2 the slides

    Just noticed Gallery Page no longer works either, so it’s something to do with images… I’m deactivating plugins one by one right now.

    Hello,

    Wordpress is giving me the following message about Enfold. I am using a custom child theme built on Enfold.

    Name Description
    Enfold Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

    I have tried downloading the updated, newest Enfold theme and installing it, but WordPress shows “WordPress Failure Notice” in the tab and asks me “Are you sure you want to do this?” If I click “Please try again”, it just routes me to the Add Themes page again, but it has not fixed Enfold.

    Please do let me know how to fix this problem. I believe it may be causing other issues. I have an Advanced Layer Slider with an image in it that stopped displaying the image after I updated WordPress.

    Hi, please can you help with a page I have with 5 columns – great on desktop, but very cramped on ipad/iphone with content merging so you can’t read it – when it finally gets small enough it goes into one column, but there’s a bit in the middle which isn’t working well.

    Hello,

    Is there a way to adjust the view (visible or not) of a “content-section” on different platforms. On desktop visible, on tablet not.
    I know there is such a thing in the DIVI theme, but I like the Enfold Theme much more.
    It would be nice if such a option was put in to the thema, but in the meanwhile how can I solve my problem?
