    Hi Vinay,

    If you are on a desktop, view the menu and it looks normal.
    Start to make your internet window smaller, you will see that Home changes and Blog drops down to a second row. This is what it looks like on an ipad. If you have an ipad, try going on to our site and you will see what I mean.

    Hi,

    I’m inserting masonry grids in the avia layout elements.
    It looks ok on desktop view, but on mobile the transparant byline text comes over the images. And you can’t see the images anymore.

    Is it possible to make all images 300px height above the byline?

    After adding:

    The height is okay but now some text falls off and elements that do not have a caption show a transparant piece of 30%

    The problem doesn’t seem to reproduce on a computer monitor. I tried using 1024 as you suggested, but it didn’t work on the tablet. I also tried 1290 and tried removing the max-width part of the code so that the padding-top instruction would always apply, but none of that worked.

    Topic: Drag and Drop Editor Stopped Working

    Running v3.5.4. The drag and drop editor seems to have stopped working late yesterday. I’ve tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome on Mac OS and different computers. Randomly selected posts/pages all behave the same way. Click and drag tries to select, not move the element.

    The last thing I did yesterday was add a layer slider in a text box on a page. I’m not sure this is related.

    You can use Advanced Layout Builder to create your blog posts and add featured image and different image on top of your post. Or you can add your image to the top of your post and remove featured image from single post

    Hi,

    There are 2 mobile layouts of your site

    1. When you re-size the browser on desktop it looks like the screenshot i have attached earlier.
    2. When you view the site on an actual mobile device it looks different.

    I am assuming you want the mobile version of the site to look like the screenshot(desktop style) when viewed on an actual mobile right?

    The code is not the issue but you are using a plugin which is overriding the default styles.

    To find which plugin is overriding the default theme styles please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Recently switched from another theme to Enfold and love it. Wrestling with an image issue on the single posts pages though. The single post featured images on pages prior to posting are still “full”. The features images in posts since switching are cropped to the default height – which I have editing in functions.php – but does not seem to change it. MOST importantly though – with no other changes being made – the featured image on posts starting May 23 have stopped displaying. Any ideas? Links below:

    Here is the reply from the people at my hosting service. Can you please apply this fix to my site in the correct place?

    I carefully checked the settings of the theme, but I could not find anything wrong. After that, checked in google about similar problems and it seems that a lot of users are facing the same issue. In most cases the problem is resolved as explained in the article:

    Simply said, you should add the following lines in Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    I am afraid i am not a CSS specialist and I am not sure how exactly this will affect the theme, so you should better contact again the theme developers again and ask them for advice how exactly should be done and what will be the effect.

    I would like add a fix grid row element before the footer. I use Woocommerce and I can not use ALB on shop pages.
    Do you have function, filter etc to add shortcode (grid row) before the footer? Or something else?

    Please check my mockup and live previews. On home page I can add grid row element with ALB, but on shop page I can not do that.

    Hi there,

    I am having trouble with the responsiveness of my menu bar.
    I am using a mega menu and when on an ipad the menu falls into two rows and looks really bad. How can I ensure this doesnt happen and the menu stays responsive with the page.

    Our site is http://www.officechanges.com please have a look.

    The desktop and mobile looks great as the menu moves to a hamburger but the ipad size looks really bad.

    Hi,
    I have a Vimeo video on my homepage and I need the shortcode that wraps around the embed code so that the frame resizes in a responsive fashion according to device screen size. Right now, it does resize, but maintains the height giving me deep black bars at the top and bottom.
    Site goes live tomorrow, so would be great to get a fix for this today.

    I’ve been on the Video Shortcode page of the Enfold demo site. It displays 2 videos that appear to be size responsive, but the page does not give me the shortcode I need.

    Hi,

    as the topic title said, videos I have embedded from vimeo does not work with iPhone (Android is doing well). What is the problem here and how can I fix that? (wordpress and theme files are all in newset version).
