2. Yes, use this code inside Quick CSS field:

3. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to set the transparent header as default. You need to do it manually for all posts or pages.

Hi, we’ve tried it on a couple of android phones and the scrolling images aren’t shrinking. Also when I downsize the window on my laptop same thing happens. If you look as this website: DefconCycles.com.au that also uses enfold you can see how everything incl the images all shrink down. Thanks!

Andy, The links are both to images representing what I need to do. Additionally you have full access as an admin to that site so you can go into the media library and view the one there as well.
I have added text to the home page so you can compare the two, the image and the actual page to compare them.
To review.
I need to set a single image as a background the the entire site, not single container areas. Topic: Mobile header
Hello
I have a transparent header enabled on the home page… but for mobile devices this means the top part that contains the phone and social links are being displayed as white on a white background. I need them to be on the green background that appears on the other pages of the site, so that they show up. Or as a transparent header on mobile deivces – but I am thinking this is not enabled as it causes other isses?
Occassionaly as I scroll up and down the green background appears then disappears again on a mobile device so the social icons and phone are visable for a second or two..then gone. Please advise. Link in private content.

please use different tickets for different questions/issues.
1.) Go to Enfold->Header->Header Layout->Header Size and choose “Custom Pixel”.
2.) Use this code inside Quick CSS field:
#top #header .av-main-nav > li { margin-right: 30px; }and adjust as needed.
3.) Go to Enfold->Header->Transparency Options
and upload a transparency logo.4.) I checked on mobile, but I can’t see any logo on mobile. Could you fix it already?

AndyWell that is doing nothing that I can see, plus none of your CSS suggestions are touching content, only widget and sidebar, OK eventually it does reduce the sidebar size content but I am not trying to reduce the content but to increase it, please check my first post, this is the only CSS QUICK code that is actually doing something on the website => it does reduce top and bottom margin / padding whatever you called it in the theme.. so is there anyway to reduce the margin/padding for the left and right so the content is taking more pixel space over the background and not see that huge border of 40 pixels or more ?

As the left and right padding is already 0 you will not notice any change Please try changing the value of the 0 to a positive number. see the change.

Hi.
I’ve made a website with Enfold and it looks good on a desktop.
When I look on iPad it only shows part of a page, so some of the text on each page is missing. It’s like the page isn’t made smaller for ipad, it only shows about 50% of the page.
I had a look on a Kindle Fire and it looked ok if held upright but if I held it the other way around it didn’t show all the words on a page.
Seems to look fine on an iphone.
A colleague has just looked on her desktop and it’s not showing all the words on a page either.

Hi!
I’m having an issue related to parallax animation. When setting up a background image, there are three options: fixed, with motion or parallax.
If I choose fixed or with motion everything is OK. But any time I try to use parallax, the background picture doesn’t display properly. There is a gap in the top of the image. I mean, the picture is not adjusted to the size of the section.

As you mentioned in this thread, images and theme settings are still missing.

I follow this topic as I am also interested in the outcome.
I understand the remarks of @soelotsen (#661769) about logo sizes very well and also the idea to use the same size of ‘canvas’ for all logo’s given by Kriesi team. For me, working a lot with photoshop, it is no big deal to re-create the variety of logo’s into one size ‘canvas’ (although it costs extra time).
The reality however is that most of my clients have no clue at all about photoshop and are not able to maintain this by themselves. They get a logo, whatever size or ratio from their partner and know perhaps that they need/can reduce the size, but to get them all in the same size is a completely different story…

after updating “the events calendar” (TEC) to 4.2.5 the sidebar is not visible on websites showing events. We are using the theme enfold (last version).
When installing TEC 4.2.4 anything is ok.
When installing another theme (for example logger) also anything is ok.We have contact support of TEC, but they meant, we should ask you:

I need to hide the menu. I was able to on desktop, but on mobile, if I hide it, it hid the menu on ALL pages…which I don’t want. I only want that one page to not have a menu showing for both desktop and mobile views.

If you insist but you could get the same explanation by looking at the examples listed above

1. Shows the areas that should be semi transparent areas. (The header can be done page by page but I would like to just do it globally)
2. The background should remain static. When using a color section the background is contained within the body area and I need this to be the entire background.The link provided above in my first reply to your request shows what I am talking about as well. Recently I received notice that an updated version of Enfold is available and that I should update the theme. I have been nervous about doing so for fear I might mess something up.
The only thing we added as a customization was a snippet of code your team recommended to fix an issue via Quick CSS in the Enfold back end. Not sure that would be considered a custom change or if the update would remove the snippet? I suppose we could always add the snippet again….
In researching this topic, I discovered this page with a video and a child theme to download: Enfold Video and Child Theme Download
I’ve downloaded the update and also downloaded the child theme from the page above. The instructions seem pretty clear and easy, but the child theme is three years old. Has there been an update to the child theme your team is recommending? If so, where is it located?
I’m not an expert on Child themes. In fact, it is a little confusing. Once it is uploaded, I presume I will still work (add pages/make changes) from the Enfold backend as normal and won’t have to worry about the child theme again?
