    Topic: Footer is always on top

    Good day!

    I have a VK (social network) widget attached to my site (at the right bottom corner). How can I make it appear and to be always on top of any element? Footer overlaps it.
    Also I’d like to know, why can’t I see this widget button at this page only http://countplus.by/kontakty/ (at any other it works, excepting the problem that I’ve already mentioned at the very begging).

    Hi,

    not sure what exactly you want to achieve (a mockup showing the results you need would help a lot). However, if you want to move your image down a bit then use this code:

    .avia-testimonial-image {
margin-top: 10%;
}

    and adjust as needed.

    First of all, sorry for the late reply. We are currently very busy after WP and Enfold updates.
    Second of all, if your case is urgent, you can add “urgent” to your thread title and we will try to look into it as soon as we can but please stop spamming other threads. That does not help at all.

    1- Can you please elaborate on the changes you would like to make? I am not sure if i understood you clearly. You can post screenshots here if that will be easier. Please simply upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

    Will updating delete any of the changes i have made so far to the site?

    I have no active plugins at the moment and the problem is still happening for single blog pages. They are the only pages without the WP Layerslide.

    Also could you let me know where to put the footer code you have given me? Sorry i am not very good with code and wordpress.

    I am also now having problems with the WP Layerslide, the text and logo i have on the left hand side sit close to the middle when i view my site on a desktop. On a laptop it is fine. But i would like to have the text and logo be in the same place on all devices (quite close to the left side edge). Can you help with that?

    I have been asking questions since saturday and did not get any response :(

    I managed to fix most of my issues/questions.

    Please close all topics, because I do not want to “spam” your forum

    So my final question… I have added a widget above the header and put some buttons in there. Now two issues arise
    1. The demo button should be outlined with about us in the menu
    2. somehow when adding the widget, the main contant went”up” through the header

    Please find login in privateI hope someone can fix it or explain me how to do it…

    if it must be a secure method to show your images – all possibilities with layers do not have a secure effect. If you want it you must create a watermark in the same layer as the image!

    CSS3 allows web designers to specify multiple background images for box elements, using nothing more than a simple comma-separated list.
    f.e. 

    #example1 {
width: 500px;
height: 250px;
background-image: url(sheep.png), url(betweengrassandsky.png);
background-position: center bottom, left top;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}


    but everyone who knows to handle a developer tool or to read source code is capable to have the images without watermark than.

    so i think there will be no alternative to a watermark plugin.

    SearchWP does not do anything unless a native search was triggered. I have however had one other ticket for a customer using Enfold who was having a similar issue to this. I came up with a quick fix that should work:

    For some reason, all of a sudden the style.css from my child-theme stopped loading any new css that I add. Everything from 2 days ago is still visible.

    Why did this happen? It’s specifically for Chrome…

    All of a sudden my contact form stopping sending submissions by email. I have looked at of inquiries in the forum, but I have not been able to solve the problem. The original contact form was the stock form of the theme. I made another draft contact page using Contact Form 7. I originally had both forms sending to an email address which is hosted by godaddy, and that didn’t seem to work. When I switch the email to a gmail account, it seemed to work at first. But now I can’t get an email to sent from either contact form. Any help?

    I bought yesterday Measurement Price Calculator Plugin of Woocommerce.com

    Since I have installed this plugin the field of “number item add to cart +/-” in product page makes an error. And couldn’t add product to cart.
    I alerte with a ticket on woocommerce.com and their developpers answer me to activate Twenty Sixteen to see if it’s due to Enfold Theme.

    The website is at few days of opening to public so it’s very urgent

    But i’m not on a child enfold theme I use the parent.

    Waiting for your well known professionnalism to fixe the issue on my parent theme

    You cannot import demos without overwriting theme settings unfortunately so if you want other demo pages imported then simply link to them here and we’ll give you the shortcodes for them.

    Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (3.8.4), http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. I tried logging in with the details you posted but they are not working, please check and verify them if you should need any further help on the topic.

    Hello I’m trying to add a fixed sidebar that goes all the way to the furthest right of the screen at all times, even when the screen is smaller. I have attached an example of what I would like to do: http://bradlangan.com/Untitled-1.jpg

    I have created a fixed sidebar, it is the button “Request Appointment”

    I have created a sticky widget using Q2W3 Fixed Widget and made it so my sidebar only shows a custom value. This all worked fine.

    I also added the following CSS:

    #container .sidebar sidebar right {
    position: fixed;
    right: 0;
    top: 50%;
    width: 8em;
    margin-top: -2.5em;
    transform: translate(-50%);
    z-index: 999;
    }

    I cant seem to get it to go all the way to the right.Thank you so much in advance for any help!
