yes, I tried that as I said before. I have used css for body and html and it will not add it. I have also made sure all the main containers have background-color: transparent as well in case that was going over top. I have seen other posts with people having the same issue but I don’t understand why the css is not working. Is there something in the template file that is over writing? Thanks for your help in advance

No i don´t want special effects on mobile!
I want the effect on desktop, but i want to disable the Image from the color section on mobiles, because it is cut off on mobile devices (I linked another thread with the same problem in my first post): https://kriesi.at/support/topic/hide-a-color-box-background-image-on-smartphone/

The problem is: When I use the Workaround from this thread with the following code, the effect is gone on DEKSTOP Version of the site! So there is only a static image left. But I want the Parallax/ fixed image effect on desktop and remove it on mobile.

this works, but if the image is not the same size it looks not good or the batch is out of the frame at all. it should be countet from top left or relative…. so it is allways on top no matter how big the image is,,,

Turns out it can only be my phone. iphone 6S. The wife’s phone (also iphone 6S)
Doesn’t have that problem. Tried Chrome and Safari. Works fine. On my phone Chrome and Safari do not.
Baffled. Phone is up to date and clean. Lightbox works on Safari on my ipad.
Disabled plugins cleared cache, as far as I can tell everything is clean and shiny.
Works just fine on my laptop.
Still happening….only on my phone.
Glitch in the matrix?
Weird.
All that’s left to try is default my phone.
Didn’t mean to waste your time…

Everything work find now but the buttons + and – in between the quantity field has desaepeared.

I found an old topic for this problem but josua said to reffer to the post above (but i reffered on it!)

Thanks for the reply.
I added the code but it doesn’t appear to have changed anything.
The main menu across the top of the page has a huge gap when you hover over a menu item that has sub-menu items, I’m concerned in some browsers the gap might not be navigable.
