Hi,
No luck yet, however I found out this error on the console:
Failed to decode downloaded font: http://yourwebsite.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.woff?v=3
(index):1 OTS parsing error: incorrect file size in WOFF header
Have you updated the theme via ftp? you have similar issue in this post: https://css-tricks.com/forums/topic/custom-fonts-returns-failed-to-decode-downloaded-font/#post-238852 can you try the solution posted there?
Best regards,
Nikko
I have a color background displaying on hover, but the last menu item in my top nav has no padding or margin on the right hand side. How do we add some?
I have pagination enabled for the blog posts component at the bottom of a long page. When you click on the pagination links, the page reloads and goes back to the top. How do I make it stay on spot where the pagination is?
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your solution. I noticed that the logo is out of place, try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
strong.logo {
top: 20px;
}
.logo img {
max-height: 100px;
}
Just adjust it as you see fit. Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
Nikko

Hey alonarad,
You can refer to this topic: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/home-page-video-on-mobile-phone/
1.) I checked that there is a missing image icon in android phone, can you give us temporary admin access? so we can have a closer look. Please place the details in “private content” section.
2.) I can’t see this on my end. Is it fixed already?
Best regards,
Nikko
I’ve added a Vimeo video as the background for a color section. It will loop on all browsers except Mac Safari (I’ve tested versions 9 and 10). I’ve also tried with a self-hosted mp4 file and it also will not loop. It just stops on the last frame and stays there. It loops on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera, just not Safari. My client is a Mac Safari user, so she is not happy at my lack of an explanation. Do you have any ideas? Thanks for your help,
Greetings, I’m enjoying the theme for a client project, but encountering a couple oddities I’m unable to solve.
1) Slider issue:
FYI I’m on a Mac. Site currently looks fine in my Chrome browser (this is the browser I’m using to develop the site). It also looks fine now when previewing in Safari. But with Firefox, it only displays old slides (which have been completely deleted and replaced in the WP media library, and updated in the slider itself).
2) Navigation menu and logo issue when viewing site with Firefox:
When viewing with Firefox and navigating to some inner pages from the primary nav bar (Rates, News & Promotions, Contact), the navigation menu changes (to an old one I presume, as it shows old items we’ve since changed) and the site begins to display the default Enfold logo on all pages except Home. Very strange. I’ve deleted history and cache several times but can not get the site to load properly in its current form.
My client is experiencing the same issues I’ve highlighted above. He’s on a Windows PC and has tried viewing the site in Chrome and IE. He too is only seeing the old slides which are smaller than the slider width and width of the boxed site layout. He has also deleted his cache and refreshed his browsers.
There are no currently active plug-ins installed, so not sure what else to do to address these issues. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Website credentials have been included in the private content section of this support ticket form.
Thank you kindly,
Christopher Derry

Hi there,
I have a notice popping up at the top of the page. Can you please help me get rid of it or resolve it? Thanks.
Here’s the notice:
Notice: wpseo_set_value is deprecated since version WPSEO 1.5.0! Use WPSEO_Meta::set_value() instead. in /home/aiepro/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3783
i’ve read through the forums and was able to add a jpg to the right side of my site logo. however, on the mobile version, it falls on top of the navigation. also, when you compress the browser window, it falls on top of the actual site logo.
any suggestions on how to avoid this?
thanks,
dalis
Hi Team Enfold,
We are having issues with the autosave function on posts.
Suddenly every time we either open a post, it says on the top that there is a newer autosaved version of the post – when reviewing that never autosaved version – it looks like it has only saved the heading of the posts. Thus actually either deleted all content or not saved it.
We are using the Avia template builder.
Also, after we update/save changes on a posts, it always shows that there is a never autosaved version, which doesn’t make sense, when we just updated/save the post…
Do you have a fix for this?
Hi Thanks for the help I like your solution!
I do still have the issue with the products mega-menu no longer centering on the page when viewed as desktop. How can that be fixed?
Thank you.
I get the following error at the top of my website after trying to restore my website.
How do I fix this?

On your demo for the one page portfolio is it possible to show a solid color on mobile instead of the background image for the top fullscreen slider?
Hello,
While the “tool tip” (sorry don’t know the right term) is great on desktop version of my website, on tablets and mobiles since there is no “hover” state, it gets a bit problematic, so I want to remove them altogether from mobile and tablets, but leave them on the desktop version. Is there CSS I can plug into this to make it perform this?
Please see: http://grantwalden.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/tooltip.jpg
Thanks!
Hey guys I have just added the plugin “TI WooCommerce Wishlist” to my site unfortunately there appears to be a code conflict with it and the Avia Layout Builder.
The plugin work as expected in all areas with the exception of viewing the whishlist using “[ti_wishlistsview]” short-code in a blank page.
It appears that Avia Layout Builder. is blocking this shortcode from rendering any data.
I have tested by switching to a default wordpress theme and can view the whishlist properly.
Any help would be most appreciated, i have also oppened a ticket with the plugin author to let them know of the issue as well.
Version Information:
- WordPress Version: 4.7
- Enfold Theme Version: 3.8
- WooCommerce Version: 2.6.11
- TI WooCommerce Wishlist Version: 1.1.4
thank you.
Kind regards
EMC Themes.

hi,
I don’t think I can disable the IP restriction actually…
But to repeat the problem, it’s simple.
I simply installed the enfold theme on a new wordpress install. Then I imported the CONSULTING DEMO. Then the import will add a “welcome” and a “sample page” to the wordpress pages.
Lastly, go to wordpress admin sidebar > Pages > Sample Page > View
You’ll see the “sample page” shows no title at the top… but starts with the content as per below:
This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:
Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)
…or something like this:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.
As a new WordPress user, you should go to your dashboard to delete this page and create new pages for your content. Have fun!
Thank you! :)
You can close the topic.
Hi!
Please check this code once again – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-can-i-add-images-instead-of-icons/#post-730005
You should increase the number of both “nth-child(1)” to “nth-child(2)”
Regards,
Yigit
I opened a topic about an issue with disappearing lightboxes (Link to topic and it got resolved in Safari.
The same issue however is still persistent when using the Chrome and Firefox browser on iPhone or iPad. Could you provid coding to resolve the issue in the these browsers as well?
Hi!
Please try adding following code to Quick CSS as well
#socket:nth-child(2) .container {
margin-top: -10px;
}
Regards,
Yigit
Thank you – that’s great, it moved the menu to the right side as needed. How would I close the gap between the two menus? I tried using a negative number in the padding for the top in both the #socket and the .my_extra_class_menu, but neither one moved the menus closer together.
Asgeir JonssonGuest
hei hei
i have a problem with the theme and i dont know how to start a forum. how do i do that. i’ll been trying to find out the whole day and have a presentation tomorrow. how do i ask?

Hey willhendy,
Please add following code to functions.php file in Appearance > Editor
function av_search_ga(){
?>
<script>
jQuery(window).load(function(){
jQuery('#top #menu-item-search a').attr('onclick','YOUR CODE GOES HERE');
});
</script>
<?php
}
add_action('wp_footer', 'av_search_ga');
Best regards,
Yigit
Hey David,
Please edit your Color Section element right below your element and choose not to display border.
Alternatively, you can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.page-id-999 #av_section_2 {
border-top: none;
}
Best regards,
Yigit
Hey diefleischerei,
To pust the text to the top and button to the bottom Please enable custom css class name by placing a code snippet to your functions.php file as mentioned in this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Then give the text box a class name “pust-top” and the button element “push-down”
.pust-top {
position: absolute;
top: 0;
left: 50%;
transform: translateX(-50%);
}
.push-bottom {
position: absolute;
bottom: 0;
left: 50%;
transform: translateX(-50%);
}
To hide the text only in mobile add the below css to Quick css section and give the text box an additional class name “only_desktop”
Note : The text box will have two class names “pust-top only_desktop” and there should be a space to separate the class names
/*Show only in mobile or desktop*/
@media only screen and (min-width: 769px) {
.only_mobile { display: none !important; }}
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.only_desktop { display: none !important; }}
Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
Vinay
