    Hey!

    In Enfold, the link post format does not work properly in the Magazine section,

    This is actually possible but you have to modify one of the parent theme files.

    Hey!

    I’m sorry but the following link is invalid. Please visit the link again then click the “remove frame” button located at the top right corner of the page in order to get the actual link of the demo page.

    // http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview

    If you need to display excerpt in the Portfolio Grid element, edit it then set the Excerpt setting to Title and Excerpt. Make sure that you’re portfolio items contains an excerpt. And if possible, please provide a screenshot of the layout that you have in mind.

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Do you want to change the icon of the scroll-to-top link? If you do, please add this in the functions.php file:

    add_filter('avf_default_icons', 'avf_change_default_icons', 10, 2);
    function avf_change_default_icons($icons) {
    	$icons['scrolltop'] = array( 'font' =>'entypo-fontello', 'icon' => 'ue876');
    	return $icons;
    }

    Adjust the font and icon value.

    NOTE: Please use pastebin.com for posting codes.

    Cheers!

    Hi Doron!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    It’s a minor style issue on rtl sites. Please add this code in the Quick CSS field:

    .rtl .av-seperator-icon {
        position: absolute;
        top: 10px;
        left: 50%;
        transform: translate(-50%, 0);
    }

    We’ll push this fix in the next patch.

    Cheers!

    Hi mustafaturksavas!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The strip_tags function has been added to the masonry script because the html elements caused a lot of issues before. You can enable it back but you have to modify one of the parent theme files.

    Hi there –

    Three questions please:

    1. The button on this page is not opening up a browser / mail program to email: http://backdropsforbands.com/contact/

    2. The button SEE PRICING is very small, how do I make it bigger? On this page http://backdropsforbands.com/

    3. In the top menu, where it says UPLOAD ART TO SEE A PROOF — I’d like that particular menu item to be a a different color background. The red font is a makeshift fix, I don’t really like that. I’d like it to be the same color text as the other items, but change the background of that item so it makes it pop more. That upload art action is a key call to action to close the sale on my website.

    Thank you!

    Mendy

    Hello, I was given some CSS Shortcode to adjust my logo down 10% on our website, which worked great. It was clinging to high in our toolbar, and it looks great on mobile now.

    However, that same 10% is pulling our logo down in the DESKTOP version (only). Is there a way we can center our desktop logo in the upper left-hand of our website at http://www.acouplefortheroad.com ?

    Thanks!

    #760400

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

    I was able to reproduce the issue. Have you tried adding the css fix above?

    // https://kriesi.at/support/topic/repeated-animated-columns-bug-in-firefox/#post-640671

    As of now, we haven’t come up with an actual fix because the issue is quite intermittent. And we can’t find anything unusual on installations where the issue manifests.

    Ismael

    Here is the code that stopped working – in the past, clicking on the image link opened up a window with a video. Hope this is what you need (I will be back in a few hours and can provide more info if needed then):

    In reply to: Slider as background

    Thank you for your suggestions. But a question remains:

    The fullscreen slider only gives options for a title, subtitle and one or two buttons (plus a few fixed positions that I can select) correct? That would not be sufficient in this case as I would like to arrange multiple elements (titles, text, buttons etc.) on top of a slider as I wish. Just like I normally can when selecting and arranging items in a (color) section for example.

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

    Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    @media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
      #top .avia-pricing-row > img {
        display: block;
      }
    }

    Hope this helps.

    Hi – on this page:

    scroll to the bottom.

    I checked out other posts and added css code and still can’t get rid of the box and pencil box/icon to the top left in the post slider. I chose to add a excerpt and it isn’t showing up.

    Also, on the blog I have everything turned off and comments and date are still showing up.

    Also on the blog layout I have changed the settings back and forth but no luck.

    Please help. Thanks

    Sorry about the long wait for a response!

    That’s absolutely great!
    Now I’ve just got annoyed by the logo shrinking “weirdly” (not behaving responsively) when the height goes low, and the width stays the same – got any tips for some height-media queries? :)

    Also, I’ve noticed that the anchor-points for the mobile menu behaves irregular on mobile devices. It’s quite weird, as it doesn’t seem to happen when shrinking a desktop window to mobile-size; what could be the cause of this? I’ve followed the advice on another thread (can’t remember which now), and put empty color-sections in place, as the content is shown/hidden via media queries.

    Thank yo so much once again!

    Thank you. It does not work though…
    With the previous suggestion for this code:
    .current_page_item a {
    color:#ff8200!important;
    }

    I found it worked at least on mobile, and this latest suggestion for:
    .current-menu-item .avia-menu-text {
    color:#ff8200!important;
    }
    it does not work neither on mobile nor on desktop…

    Hey guys if i change the setting in:

    Alternate Background color
    Alternate Background for menu hover, tables etc

    to make a nice yellow highlight for my hover over menu items, it also changes the little top bar color to match.

    I do not want to have a bright yellow top bar (with the social media icons etc)

    page is on local only right no so am looking for maybe a quick CSS setting for background on the little top bar.

    The image size on the Enfold Latest News are very small and hard to see (especially on Desktop). Is there a way to increase the image sizes (ideally have them use thumbnail 80×80 instead of widget 36×36)?

    Thanks!

    If there is an ‘enter’ in the heading, the ‘heading row’ does not even seem to display at all in mobile mode (first 2 tables in privately provided preview link).

    If there is no ‘enter’ in te heading, the ‘heading row’ is displayed above every other row in a small italic font, very confusing.

    I like the heading & table style in desktop and tablet mode very much though, and I would like to show it exactly that way in mobile version, sicnce these single colum tables are allready placed in separate 1/4 elements. Could you perhaps provide a quick/custom CSS code to force/fix this, so I can publish soon?

    #760286

    Everything looks pretty similar to what I showed you in the video…

    1) The articles grid below “Check Out Our Latest Articles” at https://www.digitalprosperity.com still isn’t showing on the user’s first page load (meaning they have to refresh the page to see it).

    2) The bottom menu still has a vertical scrollbar when the window is resized, and also the two top links get pushed to the side when the window is resized even smaller.

    Can we get these fixed please?

    Thanks,
    – James.

    There seems to be a bug in Bug in the default responsive/mobile tables (to display tabular data).
    On desktop and tablet it works and looks and works fine, but on mobile view the ‘Heading row’ changes in lay-out completely.

    staging on WP Engine should not have caching issues…its purposefully setup to avoid that…

    I’ve attached a screenshot of the same post, not only on WPE staging, but with Chrome Incognito…

    When I searched on Safari and Firefox, it was the first time those browsers had been to this site…hadn’t even opened those programs in months as I ONLY use Safari & FF for testing…so I don’t believe its caching on the client side…nor do I think its on the server side…

    And this appears to be widespread. Plus, we rolled back Enfold on the live site so we could complete the work and once we rolled back everything works fine on live.

    We have instructed our team to stop upgrading Enfold until y’all can find a solution.

    Hey!

    The issue is not on the animation button.
    You total height is chaning so the ” footer ” goes on top of the next and itis not showing properly.
    Can you add a height to have a specific height for the column, so nothing is been hidden?

    Best regards,

    For the overlay we need a container surrounding the whole thing which could be adressed well.
    So best will be to make a copy of header.php in the child-theme folder.
    Open it and insert that new container just after the opening wrap_all container to have than:

    <div id='wrap_all'>
    <div class='mega-bg'></div>

    so we can have than in quick css :

     .mega-bg {
        width:100%;
        height:500%;
        position:absolute;
        display:none;
        z-index:0;
        transition: all 1s linear 0;
        opacity: 0
        }

     .av-burger-overlay-active .mega-bg {
        width:100%;
        height:500%;
        background:#fff;
        position:absolute;
        display:block;
        z-index:500;
        transition: all 1s linear 0;
        zoom: 1;
        filter: alpha(opacity=80);
        opacity: 0.8;
        }

    you see here that mega-bg container is just a “super container ” and in normal mode with opacity zero !
    when hamburger menu opens there is an extra class : .av-burger-overlay-active.
    we can now use this to change opacity and background-color (you can use here every color you like even#000)

    here is the rest with some comments:

    /******** some logo adjustments *************/

    .main_menu .avia-menu,#header_main_alternate,.fallback_menu {

    width:95%;

    background-color:#fff;
    opacity:1;

    Hi,

    There is a Javascript error, which stops the script from calculating the correct width for the container.
    The error in jetpack-carousel.js script.
    There are two extra spans that script finds, they are not in the gallery, but they come up under this selector $( ‘a img[data-attachment-id]’ ). That’s why the script breaks.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
