    Topic: Youtube event listeners not working

    I need to create a website, where user is redirected to a new page when Youtube video is finished. However, it seems that the Youtube event listeners are not working with Enfold theme.

    For example, I have tried to import the example code from Youtube iFrame Player API (https://developers.google.com/youtube/iframe_api_reference#Examples > Example #1) to a Enfold page and it doesn’t work. I have tried code block and text block and not using advanced layout editor at all. If I change theme to some WP default theme (Twenty Sixteen etc), the code and event listeners work just fine. The only modification I’ve done to those themes is these to the functions.php:
    remove_filter( ‘the_content’, ‘wpautop’ );
    remove_filter( ‘the_excerpt’, ‘wpautop’ );

    … I have tried to do the same for Enfold, but it hasn’t been working. I send you a link to a demo page, where the that example code is used.

    Ahoy,

    I added this css code .slideshow_caption { width: 66%; } to make the slideshow captions on the fullwidth easy slider span wider. It looks great on the left aligned captions but on the right aligned it looks like this (Screenshot1). Anyway to make the right aligned caption closer to edge of the page but keep the longer area on the desktop. On mobile it looks fine.

    To fix it, just add this custom CSS code at Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS

    Hi there, I am COMPLETELY new to this and could not find support for my question after much looking…it was quite overwhelming (but could be cause I’m new). Is there a way to have a link on the Enfold theme footer section so that the web visitor can select DESKTOP VIEW while viewing on the mobile version? How can this be accomplished? Please let me know what information I need to provide you. Look forward to hear back from you!

    Hello, I have a video on fullscreenslider on the home page of the site. I set to play auto. Perfect. But when I navigate the site, scroll down, how can the video stop playing? My client is bothered by the audio of the video while browsing the page (scroll down).

    I find that tip and I want to apply it in child theme to avoid overwrite changes after next update.
    I am not shure about proper way to make changes.
    Should I create in child theme folder empty folders config-templatebuilder where I will place avia-shortcodes files with changes?

    Diese kannst du dann in deiner functions.php ändern. Hinterher nicht vergessen ein regenerate deiner Thumbnails vorzunehmen. Browser cache leeren und hard refresh machen.

    Hi Kriesi,

    On my home page (private link below) I am using a series of large texts to introduce the company.

    Some of these texts are in regular text boxes inside color sections, while other texts are in captions in full width easy slider elements.

    The captions inside the full width easy sliders are set to 36px, and the texts in the text boxes are using h1 and h2 headlines which I have set to 36px and 24px in the advanced styling section of my Enfold theme settings.

    These all work well on my laptop, but on my iPhone the captions inside the easy sliders are very small, but the h1 and h2 texts remain very large.

    How can I change the h1 and h2 text sizes so that they are smaller (to match the easy slider captions) when viewed on mobile?

    Im sorry im asking for alot, I just wish the enfold theme consider the mobile header a bit more. There’s no customization options for mobile, but there’s a bunch for desktop.

    I am on Enfold 4.0.3, WP 4.7.3 and PHP7.0 and it looks very much like I am still experiencing the problem described here:

    Unfortunately this topic has already been closed.
    Regardless of whether I am creating a new page with a new textblock, or editing an existing one: the save button and close button in the top corner of the modal window do not work and therefore does not allow me to save my work. Closing the window is the only option. The suggested solution of using PHP7.0.x did not work for me.
    Please find all relevant login details in the private content section.

    Hi Team Kriesi,

    Both the Advanced and Default page editors have stopped working on my website when various plugins are enabled. It works when all plugins are disabled, but there seems to be a conflict with Gravity Forms and also Yoast SEO. When either of those plugins are enabled, the editor stops working:

    Advanced editor – just shows the loading wheel/icon
    Default editor – content window is blank/white
    Clicking the “Advanced Layout Editor” button just adds a # to the url rather than toggling the editor.

    Both plugins are critical to my site and have worked with the Enfold theme without any problems for a long time. Any ideas what the conflict could be?

    All wordpress, theme and plugin files are up-to-date.

    When my page first loads up an empty header appears. I don’t want it there, I want my landing page to have the revslider header only.

    On page settings I’ve chosen a blank template,
    In theme settings I’ve selected not to display header and footer
    In css I’ve added the following too:

    .page-id-102 #main {
    padding-top: 0!important;
    }

    How can I remove it? It

    use this code inside Quick CSS field:

    and play around with different “right” values, until it fits for you. No need to change theme because of this issue.

    Is it possible to have the burger menu only shown when you start scrolling?

    So when opening a page, the normal menu is on top.
    When you start scrolling, it gets replaced by the burger menu.

    Hello,
    I have tried really hard but can’t do it properly.
    I want to mimic the menus from https://www.enom.com/.
    I want both my main menu and top bar menu to look the same as the ones from enom. I DO NOT need “tabbed effect” that appears on the left of the top bar of the enom site “Enom I Resellers”.
    1. Please help me to change font sizes, colors, background colors, font families etc as seen on enom.com
    2. Is it possible to also have an icon on the top bar?

    I am sorry for all this, but I can’t figure it out on my own…. Spent hours and hours on trying!

    Hello,

    We have:
    – logo middle, menu below
    – a slim header size
    – a sticky, shrinking header
    – mobile menu activated for smartphones & tablets

    When using a sticky full width submenu (mobile: show full menu),
    – on iphone (7): no sticky header (ok, mentioned in settings) – submenu not sticky (can live with that) – positioning with anchor OK
    – but on iPad (2): sticky header, but not shrinking (can live with that) – submenu sticky – positioning with anchor not OK as the titles disappears “under” the menu’s on top

    Hi Jordan,

    now everything gets shown and its better than before of course. But if you have a look at the site with your mobile device again you may see it does not really look ‘nice’. Is there a way to display more from the image so it could look better (like on desktop versions)?

    Hi Enfold team,

    i added the following Quick CSS to my site in order to hide masonry images on desktops (as the title can be seen via mouse over):

    /*Masonry Image title hide on desktop*/

    @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) {
    .av-inner-masonry-content {
    display:none !important;
    }

    Unfortunately this somehow messes up my site completely in resolutions betwenn 768px and 960px width.
    E.g. navigation menu display, shopping cart symbol, Category text and backgound color/size. Like it’s disabling a bunch of other code i added…

    And i do need to hide those masonry titles above 960px width…
    Please help me to solve this.
