    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. It’s been a while.

    Please post the code on pastebin.com or use the following filter:

    function ava_custom_script_fix(){
    ?>
    <script>
    (function($){
    	var a = function() {
    		var isMobile = '';
    		if( /Android|webOS|iPhone|iPad|iPod|BlackBerry|IEMobile|Opera Mini/i.test(navigator.userAgent) && 'ontouchstart' in document.documentElement)
    		{
    		  isMobile =  true;
    		}
    		else
    		{
    		  isMobile =  false;
    		}

    		if(isMobile || $(window).width() <= 767) {
    			$('#top #wrap_all .av-social-link-facebook a').attr('href','fb://profile/212971392077465');
    		} else {
    			$('#top #wrap_all .av-social-link-facebook a').attr('href', 'http://facebook.com/kriesi');
    		}
    	}

    	$(window).resize(function() {
    		a();
    	}).resize();
    })(jQuery);
    </script>
    <?php
    }
    add_action('wp_footer', 'ava_custom_script_fix');

    Please copy this code directly from this forum, not from your email. And don’t forget to replace the facebook page url.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    #top #header .av-main-nav {
        text-align: center;
    }

    #top #header .av-main-nav > li {
        float: none;
        display: inline-block;
    }

    Hope this helps :)

    Hello,

    I tried to follow this previous thread, but it looks like some of the code may have changed since then, as I cannot get this to work.

    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fullscreen-slider-change-the-height-of-100-to-100-100px/

    Would it be possible to get someone to verify that method works or get me in the direction of a new solution?

    Thank you,

    WP creds in the private content area.

    She’s now tried on Thinkpad, Ideapad, and “tried just now to edit on my husband’s Mac (laptop). Same issue. Circle never stops rotating. I am referring to the Passover page.”

    I still cannot duplicate this issue on my Mac OSX 10.10.5 running latest Chrome, but my client is desperate and I feel terrible for setting her up with a new website that she now can’t edit. The old site didn’t look wonderful, but she could edit it. Please help!

    HI there

    I have used a Colour Section to embed a video in the homepage of http://www.handhcatering.com.au and it plays well on all devices apart from mobile devices. At the moment I am using a background image for mobile phones, but it is important that the video can play on all mobile devices. The embedded video shows, but the play (autoplay is obviously disabled on an android device) icon cant be pressed to play the video – I would assume because it is embedded into a DIV.

    How can I embed the video so that it will play on all devices, please? Autoplay isn’t so important, but it would be nice if I could force it :)

    Cheers

    Andy

    Hey erwin_m,
    Try adding this to quick css:

    a.small-preview{
    margin-top:0px!important;
    }

    This should correct the issue.

    Hi,

    you can remove it using this code inside Quick CSS field:

    #top .av-tab-arrow-container span {
    display: none;
    }

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi,

    I am glad that it helped.

    It is possible to be overwritten but if you are using a child theme you should have nothing to worry about. Please refer to this link on how to override template builder’s shortcode function on a child theme: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/portfolio-meta/#post-134009

    I found a few support topics on this and tried those suggestions. There are no plugin conflicts and the theme is fully up to date. The Avia layout builder works fine on my Mac in Chrome, but my client (the person for whom I build the site) keeps having problems. She wrote “On my Thinkpad the editing page and accordion open but then it won’t let me Save and then move on to Update. I clicked on Save on one of the page’s sections and nothing happened. So I went to my new Ideapad and on that computer I cannot edit any of the pages. The circle keeps rotating. I am very upset about this because in the coming weeks I will need to frequently update seder reservation information. On the Thinkpad, I can access editing the other pages, just not the seder page. Looks to me like there are bugs in the editing system.”

    Are there known issues for the Avia layout builder on Thinkpad or Ideapad? If not, then can you suggest why else she might be having these problems?

    if so here is the code goes to functions.php of your child-theme:

    function scroll_to_bottom() {
    ?>
    <a class="avia_pop_class" href="#fb-root"><div title="scroll to bottom" class="scrolldown"></div></a>
    <span class="avia_hidden_link_text">Scroll to bottom</span>
    <?php
    }
    add_action('ava_main_header' , 'scroll_to_bottom');

    this here goes to quick css:

    a .scrolldown {
        left: 2px;
        position: absolute;
        top: 2px;
    }

    a:hover .scrolldown:before {
        background-color: #fff;
        border: 1px solid #ebebeb;
        color: #000000;
        opacity: 1
    }

    a .scrolldown::before {
        content: "\e873";
        border: 1px solid #aaa;
        color: #999;
        font-family: entypo-fontello;
        font-size: 24px;
        font-weight: bold;
        height: 40px;
        line-height: 40px;
        position: absolute;
        text-align: center;
        width: 40px;
        transition: all 0.5s ease-out 0s;
    }

    Hi wbitsolutions!

    Please add the following

    .header_color li { border: none !improtant; }
    .html_header_sidebar .logo { padding-top: 0px !improtant; padding-bottom: 0px !important; }

    let us know if that works

    Hi,

    This problem is caused by your images, I`ll explain why:

    1- Pay attention to the title of your first image: http://prntscr.com/emc87q – the pink square is the “padding-top” that your image has.

    2 – Now, you`ll find the problem comparing the “padding-top” of the first with the second image: http://prntscr.com/emc9km

    To fix it, you need to correct this white space in the images.

    I have a page displaying a Masonry Blog that is showing all of the categories instead of just the one I have specified in the Category drop down list.

    The page in question is: http://marconisociety.org/blog/

    I am using the following quick css (not sure if there is a conflict here):

    .phone-info .avia-button {
    background: #90aa9c;
    border: none;
    border-radius: 0px!important;
    margin-top: 0;
    margin-bottom: -20px;
    top: -9px;
    }

    a {
    text-decoration: none !important;
    }

    .main_menu ul:first-child>li>a {
    font-size: 14px;
    }

    .main-title a {
    font-size: 30px !important;
    }

    #top .title_container .container {
    padding-top: 20px !important;
    padding-bottom: 0px !important;
    min-height: 80px !important;
    }

    .home .blog-categories.minor-meta {
    display: none !important;
    }

    .html_elegant-blog .avia-content-slider .slide-meta {
    margin-top: 0px !important;
    }

    .html_elegant-blog .avia-content-slider .slide-entry-title {
    padding: 10px !important;
    }

    .home .slide-entry-title {
    margin-bottom: -5px !important;
    }

    span.blog-categories, .slide-meta {
    display: none !important;
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1100px) {
    #mobile-advanced, #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { display: block; }
    nav.main_menu { display: none; }}
    #wrap_all {
    position: relative !important;
    }

    span.text-sep.text-sep-comment {
    display: none !important;

    Hello,

    I have a “survey-monkey” survey I’m trying to fit into one of my av._one_fifth elements. Is there a way to maximize the available width of that particular column? It looks like there is some space to utilize some of the potential room for the survey, which at a min, is 300px. Since that column is

    Using the page below, is there a work around for the column on the right to utilize more of it’s potential width?

    I also attached a screenshot of chrome inspector to the highlighted orange attached column area I’m trying to target.

    #av_section_1 > div > div.container > main > div > div > div.flex_column.av_one_fifth.flex_column_div.av-zero-column-padding.avia-builder-el-16.el_after_av_three_fifth.el_before_av_one_third.column-top-margin

    Hi,

    Do you have any important content in the installation? If not, try to reset the database then import the demo data again. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/

    And make sure that the “upload_tmp_dir” php directive is specified. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cant-import-demo-content/#post-645368
