    Hi,

    as described in Topic

    Client Theme – wrong colors

    I had some troubles, getting the child theme up and running.

    One “missing link” I have found now. After activating the child theme and copying all Settings by your function,
    the menu is working at the frontend, but in the backend I do not have the current menu items visible any more.

    Please help me to get it visible and editable in the child theme too whithout switching back to the main theme.

    EDIT: I found other code snippet here in the forum in this link: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-a-quantity-field-to-woocommerce-products/#post-690610
    and it works much better!
    it doesn’t break the buttons position and it doesn’t reload the page!
    BUT
    it plays well only in the ‘websitename/shop’ page
    if I go to ‘websitename/product-category/category-name’ and try to change quantity to one of the products – it immediately loads the product page
    is there a way to fix it? that would be perfect…

    for now i reverted to the first code snippet (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/override-loop-template-and-show-quantities-next-to-add-to-cart-buttons/) which work on all pages (not just the shop page)
    BUT
    1. more details/add to cart buttons are on on top of the other instead of next to each other (there is a screen shot in the private content)
    2. theres is absolutely un necessary cart icon next to the + / – buttons (there is a screen shot in the private content)
    3. pressing ‘add to cart’ makes the page reloads (not Ajax any more)

    hello
    i used a code snippet from woocommerce Documentation (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/override-loop-template-and-show-quantities-next-to-add-to-cart-buttons/) to show quantities next to add to cart buttons in a shop i’m building
    but
    1. once i did the details/add to cart buttons are on on top of the other instead of next to each other
    2. also when adding to cart the page reloads (not Ajax any more)
    is there a way to fix it?

    Yes, it’s WordPress’ way of keeping the code clean. You can force it by pressing Shift + Enter to create line breaks instead of using the Enter key to create a paragraph. Remember to add multiple spaces in between!

    Hi,

    I’m using a masonry on the frontpage of my website and everything looks good as long as I let it stretch out on the full screen width. But I need to place it within a colour section and when I do that, the left and top padding seems to disappear.

    I’v tried using various forms of code which I’ve found here in the support forum and add it to the quick css, but nothing seems to help. Also, I’ve tried to change the padding and frame in the Masonry settings, but that doesn’t seem to work either.

    Any ideas to what I can do?

    Hi Ismael,

    I tried inserting the code and it works fine. It did, however, trig some issues.

    1. 1. The box in the top with the language change is visible when opening the menu
    2. 2. On desktop a hover function makes the menus open when hovering over them. This is not supposed to happen

    Also, this does animate, but not in a smooth way like this: http://codepen.io/stevenfabre/pen/LGvzk which is what we aimed for.

    Hello. I’m using a content slider on my homepage with multiple projects. It works perfectly on Mac OSX Desktop but for some reason it does not work on iOS tablet and iphone. I’m using an iframe ( I also tried object tags and embed tags but they offer the same results) and for some reason the last project is being pulled in on initial page load. Once the content slider finishes one loop it functions as normal. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks in advance.

    I am trying to use the following css to allow the correct stacking of columns on mobile devices:

    The columns are still stacking incorrectly. Please can you confirm whether or not this is the correct css for this?

    Guten Morgen,

    ich bekomme die graue dünne Linie unterhalb der “Farb-Sektion” einfach nicht weg. Ich weiß, dass ich in den Eigenschaften für Top und Bottom Border Styling eine Linie angeben kann, aber in beiden Auswahlfeldern ist korrekterweise “No border styling” eingetragen.

    Die Linie ist zu sehen auf der Website direkt unter dem Hintergrundbild der Farb-Sektion, direkt als erstes, wenn man die Site lädt.

    Dasselbe Problem ist auch unterhalb von 2 Gridrows: auch dort ist direkt unter den Bildern die graue Linie zu sehen (suchen nach Text: “Wir gestalten ihre aktuelle Website”).

    Bei allen anderen Farb-Sektionen habe ich dieses Problem nicht! Woran kann das liegen? Die Linie ist sehr störend. Vielleicht als Hinweis: unter den Farb-Sektionen und Grid-Rows folgt ein “Separator/Whitespace” mit 50px. Website ist unten angegeben.

    Hi, I am wanting to change the price size on a single product page but nowhere else. Currently, I have added this code to the custom CSS area.

    }

    This limits the style change to a single product page, however, the style change is reflected at the bottom of the page in the ‘related products’ area. How do I make it so that the style change is only affecting the price found at the top of the page?

    I’ll see if I can explain better. So right now, if you go to my “residential” page and hover over any of the images, you will see the image fade, a faded box appear around the image, and a check mark icon in the middle of the image. As of right now, you cannot progress to the page that corresponds to the image, unless you click the check mark. I don’t want a check mark to be the link that goes to the corresponding page. I want the image itself to be the link.

    As an example to further clarify, I will use the “PC-Tuneup” laptop image, on the “residential” page
    I want users to be able to click the image of the laptop and not have to click on the little check that shows up when users hover over the image. There’s a possibility that some users may not even have a clue that they have to click the check mark icon to go to the corresponding page.

    To clarify even further…Just want to make sure we’re on the same page. :)
    When I used to code websites, what I am wanting to do, would look something like this in code…

<img src="my-image.jpg" width="242" height="242" border="0">
</a>

    So when I click on the image (called “my-image.jpg”) it’s going to take me to a website (https://www.some-link.com) or it could be just another page on my own site if I give it the link pointing to the page I want it to go to instead of the https://www.some-link.com link.

    I noticed another perfect reference. As I was reading your reply, I noticed an Enfold banner. I hovered my cursor over the image and instantly it turned into a hand, which tells me that I can click on the image and it will take me somewhere. Even though there is an arrow icon that shows up in the middle of that image, I can still click anywhere on the image to progress to the page it intends to take me to.

    Does that help clear it up :)

    Please let me explain how the elements or cells are rendered. Let’s say AA are the cells with the texts and BB are the ones with images. On desktop, this is how they are rendered.

    On mobile, the first BB or the first cell with the image cannot skip the other BB automatically so the cells will render on top of each other.

    I hope that’s somehow understandable. We have encountered a lot of users with the same issue and the workaround above, unfortunately, is the fastest solution.

    Have you tried the solution in this thread?

    You can add that to a menu item by filling it out in the Link Relationship (XFN) box. If you don’t see it, click Screen Options in the top right hand corner and select to show it.

    I have a good workaround for this issue… create a new map marker and give it a city address in the location you’d like to have be ‘center.’ Then add a ‘custom marker image’ to replace the pin… if you want it not to show at all, use a ‘spacer.gif’ (transparent gif of 1px by 1px) — Then move the fake marker to the top so the map centers on it. Voila! a new custom map center with no marker. Hope that helps someone. :)

    Do you have another solution as to how to make an animated hamburger icon?

    The hamburger icon (avia_hamburger_menu) is a default feature of the theme so you don’t need to do those modifications. Please remove the modifications then add this code in the functions.php file:
