I tried deactivating the Thrive Suite, Disable Gutenberg and Optimizepress (at the same time), no noticeable difference.Is there anything else that could cause this?

The OptimizePress Button in the tool row at the top of the page (when logged into WP) also doesn’t seem to be clickable for some reason, maybe thats connected somehow?

thank you for the quick reply and the (partial) fix!It seems like activating/deactivating the OptimizePress Plugin doesn’t change anything on the page though.

Thanks for your patience and the link to your site, your blurry team member images is because on the frontend the size of the image is 455px square, but in the backend the size picked was 300px square, I corrected by changing them to 1030px square in the backend and now they look good on the frontend:

As I understand your question, you may find issues with using OptimizePress & Enfold at the same time, OptimizePress has it’s own builder which may conflict with the Enfold builder, but a workaround for using OptimizePress as a landing page, is to create a sub-directory and install a new WordPress with OptimizePress, your landing pages will still be on the same domain and your visitors won’t notice. The two WordPress installs would be:

https://domain.com/landing/
Naturally, name your sub-directory something relevant like /bonus/ or /special/ etc.
I have done this on one of my sites and there is no way to tell it’s two different WordPress installs with two different themes, and the two link to each other seamlessly with the same SSL certificate.

I have seen the posts on here about OptimizePress Live Editor not working with Enfold Theme. I contacted OptimizePress and they found a solution and fixed it and the live editor now works. However, the OptimizePress landing page does not load correctly on mobile devices. It does not center the page text property. So the page appears to have no text when loading on a mobile as the text is off the screen. What is the solution here or is Enfold simply refusing to fix this bug for OptimizePress which is one of the most popular landing page plugins?

And that’s right, I forgot my subdirectory doesn’t have Enfold, it isn’t compatible with Optimizepress which is why I had to create the subdirectory in the first place, duh!Thanks again!

Hello everyone,
after talking to the OptimizePress support they told me to ask the Enfold developers to help me with the following issue.It seems like the live editor of OptimizePress works fine when Enfold theme is not active. Since I use Enfold as theme of my page I would be a huge procedure to change it.
Does anyone had the same problem or might help me out with using OptimizePress (Version 2.5.16) on Endold?

Optimizepress-Plugin works when Enfold Theme is deactivated, so the problem must be in Enfold CSS, right?Next problem: the check marks in the contact form are not clickable. The plugin WP GDPR for legal conformance of Contactform 7 is installed.

2.) Another problem: I need the Plugin Optimizepress for Landingpages and Webinar-Logins, but it doesn´t work with Enfold. When I deactivate the Enfold theme, then the plugin works.
3.) the Facebook share button is not privacy compliant. I have bought a legal plugin (erecht24 share plugin) only I can not insert this.Think of the help in advance!

The theme has a built in lightbox, is that not working for you? If you need something additional then you will have to try plugins out to see if they work with the theme or not.
I’m not familiar with Optimizepress, did you try to contact their support?

Ah never mind, I got it to work by not using the OptimizePress plugin to create the new page, but instead doing it within the WordPress admin area.

I’m using Enfold theme (Version: 4.2.2) and trying to use the OP plugin (Version 2.5.12). The OP page I created keeps crashing when I’m using the layout builder. It lets me do 1 thing and then it freezes and stops working completely.

Neither of these workarounds have fixed the issue.
Nothing works on the editor page at all and I get the same issue whether the Optimizepress pluggin is active or inactive.I can’t select screen options, change URLs or save any pages?

“Yes unfortunately Enfold theme is causing this issue. When that theme is deactivated then OptimizePress works fine. You are not the only one to have this issue and unfortunately the fix will have to come form Enfold as our developers have checked this issue before and were not able to patch the problem because the issue needs fixed within the code of Enfold theme which can only be edited by their developers.
I’m really very sorry about that but I’m afraid the only solution here would be to not use Enfold with OptimizePress.
I hope you understand that in some cases where the issue comes from another theme or plugin that we can not always patch that from our end. We have for other themes where we could, but in this case there isn’t a way for us to create a compatibility plugin for this theme that you are using just due to the way it was coded.
We are not in any way saying it is a badly coded theme. Probably they just have some Javascript that is not being enqueued properly which means the script runs on all pages and is causing the issue on our end. Enqueueing scripts is common practice in WordPress codes so other themes and plugins do not have problems with scripts packaged in those themes/plugins.
Due to the popularity of Enfold I can assure you if we could have patched this on our end we most certainly would have.”

I have bought a new website tool enfold, because there are “more” options like optimizepress and the operation is easier.
Now my question is if this tool is also compatible with klick tipp (E-Mail provider)?
If so, does that go over the RAW code, or what would be the procedure?Do you also know if there is also the possibility for a double opt in process or the creation of an overlay optimizer? (See attachement)

In a firt time this solved my problem but now I have the same problems with live editor of optimizepress that not work anymore. I disabled also all css and JS from optimizepress panel but nothig. Please I need a solution as soon as possible.

I’m sorry but this is not going to work. The advance layout builder has its own template file. I’m not sure how the plugin render its pages but I don’t think it will accept the builder’s shortcodes or elements without a few script modifications. You should probably ask for a refund.
