Hello,
is there a way to change the headline and image position on a single post?
I would like the post image to be right under the menu without any space – or maybe just a very small space and the tile underneath the image.Best regards

(is this an Enfold issue?)When creating new images, the Image Styling Image Caption Overlay Opacity and Background Color does not to work. The image is displayed with no overlay.
When logged into WordPress and displaying the page, the overlay is shown.Previously created images, works fine.
If I copy previously created image, the overlay is not shown in the copy.Versions:

Theme Enfold 6.0.9Hi, I found some older posts dealing with this. But they seem to reference classes and files that I can’t find, so I feel like enfold might have updated to the point the fixes are no longer valid.
I tried using the solution mentioned here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/html-for-turning-on-audio/#post-1477062, specifically the one that links to here https://webers-testseite.de/mute-unmute/, but I could not find the shortcode folder within enfold, or the sections.php to copy into my child theme. Have they moved somewhere else, or is there a different place I can find the code that is mentioned?
The video I’m trying to use is currently hosted on youtube. I did see some mention of needing to be self-hosted, but it seemed confusing as to what situation that applied to.
Also, I’d ideally like to use the fontello icons included with enfold to be the mute and unmute button. Can I just use the content/font css instead of a background image in the css?
I’ve updated the functions.php file according to the referred documentation (https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL), but the WordPress Address URL remained unchanged, and the images on my website (marktamas.hu) are still broken.
I noticed there are multiple functions.php files (one in the Enfold theme folder and another in the Enfold child folder). Could this be causing the issue?
Do you have any idea what I should do to resolve this?

i guess that this Carousel is not an Enfold created one. And your problem now is on opening one of those carousel image in lightbox – on navigating to the next inside lightbox – it shows other images from outside the carousel too?

I think I have figured it out, it is because I only wanted one grid, and then it will not set the correct choice image size, – one I use more grids it is fine..

You’re showing the wrong products so I know that you’re clicking through it.
The screenshots were taken on the initial load — we didn’t click anything.
You are showing me different products so you are not testing it properly.
Random products are displayed on each page refresh, and each time, they show the correct product images as shown in the screenshots above. These were taken on different browsers.
And the site still continuously loads without end as we mentioned in our very first reply.
Can we deactivate the plugins in the live site?

Hi Rikard,
I attempted to re add the logo to the header under Theme Options, but it significantly altered the appearance of my entire website—except for the home page, which remains unaffected.
I’ve taken screenshots with titles explaining the specific issues in each image. I’m not sure how simply adding a logo could have caused this.
Here are some key points:
Colour sections should be #F2F0EF, but they appear much lighter across all pages.
The red line under headings should be #ED1C24, but it’s currently grey.
The background colour behind categories on the Portfolio page should be #F2F0EF.
On the Services page, the icons should be grey bullet points, not large grey circles with white dots.
If you log into my account and review how I originally styled the pages, you’ll see how incorrect the current appearance is.I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this.

NSFW So, that did help spread everything out, thanks. But a couple things:
1. Can we make the icons larger on mobile? There is a lot of room between logo and icons and they could be larger.
2. See screenshot. How can we get the photo image to go all the way up and fill that black space, like it used to.thanks!

To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.
I recommend first creating a full update, but I don’t expect any issues,Best regards,

Hi, I am trying to put in a button for audio on a background video in a color section. I looked in Guenni007’s example, but I can’t seem to find a shortcodes folder in my parent Enfold theme, with the sections.php file that is mentioned. Has this moved/updated since that fix was posted, or am I looking in the wrong place?
I would also like to use the fontello icons for the mute buttons. Can I just use the css content/font family style for those, in lieu of a background image?
The current video i’m trying to use is a YouTube video. Does the above post imply that the fix will not work with those, the video must be self hosted?

Topic: responsive issues images
I have an issue regarding the alignment of an image on all the different devices.
I have an image on the left and text to the right in a content section. I want the image to stick to the bottom of the section on all devices.
For small screens (mobile) I made a second image that only shows on mobile devices, so that on mobile devices the text comes first and the image follows beneath the text, which is allready sticking tot the bottom as it should (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/image-not-placed-at-bottom-of-section/)Now I have been checking the page on all devices with Chrome Developer Tool and on some devices the image is not sticking to the bottom. How can I make sure this does happen? Do you need the devices and dimensions from me where it goes wrong?
And another responsive thing, on small screens (mobile devices) the images I have placed in the footer are set beneath each other, which is fine, but I need some space between them (bottom/top), how do I do this, for only mobile screens?

There’s not enough space to fit images that large in that column. You could make the container in the footer larger or fullwidth, or design your own footer as a page then set it under Enfold->Footer.

I have a very destroyed looking archive page of a custom post type/taxonomy. No margins, huge images,…
Looking at the code there was “isotope” and “portfolio” all over the place instead of the regular grid display. After a while I thought about looking into the template-archives.php file of enfold since a change in Enfold 6.x was mentioned here in the forum.The strange thing is: there is hardcoded lots of “Portfolio” related stuff. Nothing is switched based on the post type, line 94 has hardcoded the posts query:

It now absolutely makes sense now why deactivating the whole portfolio “feature” with the following code (found here in the forum) makes this archive page crash completely, too.

Hello, what is wrong with this side. Why will not the first image become square?
In the image settings I have it in the original square size.

Hi,
The first section with the background image can be recreated using the Color Section element or Fullscreen Sliders. The page can be set to have a transparent header. For the next section, you can use Column elements and apply some custom css to adjust the container width if needed. The theme also includes a built-in Contact Form element which can be added using the Advance Layout Builder (ALB).

Thank you for the inquiry.
Some images in the grid are smaller than 1500x630px, so the original or full-size versions are displayed. Please note that WordPress doesn’t generate larger versions of images. Make sure to upload images with the same size and aspect ratio, or at least larger than the selected thumbnail.

In the fifth column of my footer, I have four license images that are somewhat difficult to read. Would it be possible to make them slightly larger? I’m unable to increase them beyond 300×126, but I’m aiming for 380x174px.

Thanks for the reply.
Can’t be a DB update from a backup, as has happened on multiple sites at different times.
We have one example where on the 28th of January we edited a page and inserted two images using the method described above (because they had previously disappeared from this page due to this issue) and sent a screenshot of it working on the front end to the client (we still have the screenshot).
Since then, we haven’t edited the page at all, and I noticed that they have disappeared since then, probably in the last week or so (as we would have noticed it sooner). If I go and check the page revisions, it shows the last revision was on the 28th of January, and it shows the text block where I inserted the images into as being completely empty of any content whatsoever.
We don’t understand how the page ever seems to work at all, but then randomly breaks over time. But it seems like it can only be something along the lines of: Enfold writes it to the DB on save, then perhaps sees it as bad ALB code when trying to read it down the track and strips it?
This has only appeared in the last few months, where we’ve gone from versions like 6 or 6.0.1 to the latest 6.0.8 or 9. Is it possible something has changed in those versions which could have affected this?
I know this is a tricky one to track down, as it will only disappear randomly, but if you would like a login for the page I’m talking about above to take a look just let me know.

Where am I supposed to find, edit or remove the buttons?

I don’t believe that lazy loading will work in this case.
If you are not using a child theme you could use the WP Code plugin then add a new snippet, in the top right corner use the PHP snippet as the code type:

I have a pg with a Fullwidth Easy Slider and couple of videos. I used to just hide this element on mobile devices.
Now I have been testing the fallback image option but this doesn’t seem to be working as expected.
On a smartphone, I see both the video and the fallback image below each other. I expect only the see the fallback img on a mobile…Could you have a look?
