as you can see the circles have black letters — i would like to make them green so i change the color in the enfold.css (/httpdocs/wpsitia/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia) , i upload the file and the letters because green in the point i saw you and somewhere else i want…see…http://webex.gr/pic2.jpg…NOW after while the settings lost and the letters from green became black again. I upload the css file again and the other day the same problem…
What is happening??
And the 2nd question…

My Single Product Pages widget is empty so I am unable to remove Search, Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Archives, Categories and Meta side bar items from showing under the product image.
Is there any other place to look to exclude those items?

Hi,
I’ve a single post in full width without sidebar. On top of the post I have an image. In Safari and Chrome on MAC, image adjust his size automaticaly when I resize the browser’s window. But that doesn’t work in Firefox (MAC and Windws) and IE (only tested in version 10).
It works with all browser if I add a sidebar… strange!
Any Idea?

Check every box on that page. ‘Tatisma’ on your image should be the correct one, since it is number 5 checkbox counting from the end , and you checked number 4 from the end which is Comments, and not Discussion.
To completely remove comments from everywhere, please open up single.php in main theme folder, and find line 43 , and add two forward slashes // to it so that it will look like this
// comments_template( '/includes/comments.php');—
The icons are not images, but are a special font , and are called glyphs. I had a page made where I showed how to add any glyph from http://www.fontello.com (where all the glyphs can be found) directly to the theme. I need some styling assistance with Single Author Big Preview Pic with Excerpt and read more link
I have set single author big pic with custom preview image set to Portfolio Small (260X185)
What I want to achieve is the following I would give you a link but I am working on a LocalHost.
How do I make the 260×185 image to show in a circle?
I have the image aligned to the left of the page
The title of posts and excerpt are aligned to the bottom of the image to the left
How do I aligned title and excerpt to the top right of the image? For the life of me I cannot figure out where to do this at.
Also for the Multi Author
Is it possible to have everything the way it is set in Multi Author but instead of the Author image in the circle preview have the post image excerpt in the preview?

Dear Team. When using the Avia Layout Builder and adding a Testimonial Section to the Content the “Insert Image”-function for each testimonial leads to the Upload/Media-Selector of WordPress. After selecting the propper image for the testimonial or uploading an image for the testimonial instead and then clicking on “Insert” nothing happens. Finally the image is not saved with the testimonial.
Any idea what might cause the issue? And any idea on the resolution?

So for the Portfolio Grid I add a featured image to show as thumbnail for that page. But when I click on that page, that featured image is shown again in my page. I don’t want that, I want the featured image to only show in the grid overview.
As I saw on the Enfold demo site, it should be possible, so how do I efficiently do this, please?

RGBA (and HSL) color definitions won’t make it in IE and Opera. You should have a look at progressive enhancements to get things going. To get it straight: IE likes to have it’s very own solution for this.

The Microsoft gradient takes a start and end color. If you look a lil bit closer to the hex value, you’ll notice the two additional digits in front. This is the alpha channel to have it transparent. So if you define 0.6 in RGBA, the digits should be 60. Additionally, the zoom:1 prevents crappy font rendering (somehow).

Hello,
Where can I find the entire list of dimensions of the enfold theme?
I’m wanting to know what the max width is for images across the full width of the page and also the central width of the pages.
I want to create grids for portfolios, images and blogs, so want to divide this number by the amount of columns I chose for each style so that the preview images are always correct.

I’m having a few problems with my portfolio in Enfold theme –
1. The featured image is showing above the easy slider on the portfolio page but I need this for the preview. How can I change this?

2. When I put the portfolio grid on the homepage, (4×1) all of the preview images are different sizes even though they are the same size in the featured image part of the post (definitely 3 of these are). What should the dimensions of the featured image be for this combination to work?

3. I’ve added an entire set of portfolio grids (series of categories) but none of the preview images are showing and there is a huge blank space between the page header and the grids. How can I change this?

Unfortunately, that’s not the solution. :(
First, I haven’t changed anything about the theme or any code whatsoever since adding all 8 test images in a row. So there’s no reason why they should be regenarated. All thumbnails were added with the exact same dimensions. If they were different, they would also be different in the portfolio grid (they are set to no scaling). Yet in the grid they are all exactly the same, so why change in the AJAX preview?
Second, I already tried regenarating the thumbnails with that plugin, to no avail.
Third, the dimensions in the AJAX preview seem totally random. If I put text in the AJAX preview section, then the image is scaled to about 2/3 page width and the text area to 1/3 width, as seen on the Enfold demo site. If I enter nothing or only one or two words in it, then the image is scaled to about 1/4 page width and the text area to 3/4 width. Yet, in this last case the image is not strictly 1/4 of the page width, but sometimes more and sometimes less.

Clicking on the first logo will show you the correct dimensions of that logo in the AJAX preview, but once you start navigating through other logos you will notice the change in dimensions between each logo. Completely random, it seems, though I personally assume it has something to do with the amount of text (longer texts or titles force the image to become bigger, smaller texts or titles force it to become smaller). For example the HML logo is small in preview, and it has only 3 letters. The Horst Pöppel logo is bigger, as the name is also bigger (name is even forced on two lines, why?).

Is there a way to set the “Slideshow” function in the AJAX preview properties as standard instead of “Gallery”, please? It’s an immense job to manually change this for hundreds of items.

Hi,
I think you can’t upload a png format image because they will be converted to jpg. The workaround is to upload PNGs then replace the actual converted image with the original PNG image. Can you give us a screenshot of what you want to do with the portfolio grid?

Can you elaborate on “when you scroll down, it cuts off the text.” – tbh I don’t notice any weird styling when I scroll down. Of course the “logo text” and the menu will disappear if you scroll down but it works as expected. If you want to show them even if the user scrolls down you must select a “fixed header” layout on the theme options page.

Hi its the quarter portion of right side, i have reduced the height of the slider to 350px. Its on android and i am currently using splash blue.I have’nt done anything with the code just replaced the dummy images with some other.

I can not figure out where to edit/change the fixed background images in the “about” section (white kitchen/couches picture) and the picture in the “what others say about us” section (iPad with Enfold site on it).
Please advise.

Try using this plugin to regenerate your thumbnails: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
If the size was changed then the new size would only be reflected on new images so they would all need to be regenerated.

Topic: Easy slider nav arrows issue
Hello,
I just upgraded my theme from 1.7 to 1.7.1 and I am having some issues with Easy Slider. Navigation arrow link on each side are linked to #next and when I click it instead of it sliding new image in it scrolls me all the way to the bottom of the page. Currently I simply hid arrows with:
.avia-slideshow-arrows {
display: none;
}
But I would like an actual fix. I already tried reinstalling the whole theme (aka replacing all files instead overwriting new ones for 1.7.1).

Yes I am running the latest version and recreated the page. Once I delete the video out of the 1/3 column all is fine.
The page is built with:
color section with 2/3 and 1/3 inside (video in the 1/3)
then a 1/1 with text block inside.
a hairline with whitespace
then a 2/3 (with a special heading and text block) and 1/3 (with an image)
At the moment, if you click on the AJAX preview image you get the same image in a blank page. I need to disable that as I use this for a customer list, meaning they would just open the customer logo in a blank page.

FYI: I just refreshed the page and noticed the preview image that was corrected after an update is now wrong again. Haven’t changed anything about that image or even that portfolio item.
I was just adding portfolio items when I noticed an unlogical difference of the AJAX preview image. Each featured image for the portfolio items are set to the exact same size (there is not mistake possible as I use the same psd to export them from). Yet, when I click on a portfolio item to open the AJAX page, some thumbnails are smaller, some are bigger.
When I saw the first one way smaller than the rest, I went into WP Media Library to the image size settings. I changed nothing but just clicked “Update” and the AJAX preview suddenly seemed ok.
Unfortunately, not all thumbnails are ok after I do this trick, most still stay above or below their actual dimensions. And either way, it’s important that I don’t have to do this trick, because there will be hundreds of items…

Then save it and you’ll see a new option on the “element” screen.

I was able to fix my import problem by using this thread

I am still unable to upload images properly.
The image problem was there on my test site(“lavista.co.in”) also.
Though I am able to upload images after disabling my theme. It could get my work done in an irritating method.
Any fix to my problem or hint as to where my problem could be??
Topic: MAIN PAGE CONTAINER OPACITY
Hi there,
I’d like to create opacity for the main page container so that the back ground image is visible behind the main page text, I’ve tried various settings but I can’t seem to isolate the correct area to add the opacity setting to. Your help would be appreciated.
