Hey JochenBake!
1) Kriesi is not allowed to distribute all files he uses on the demo page (images, etc.) and thus the dummy data is a bit different. If you need help with a certain page/layout please post your question here and we’ll help you.
2) No, you can’t buy additional templates for LayerSlider.

Peter
Hi,
At some point, my post featured images stopped opening in lightbox. Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks.
Steve
Seeing as it’s been THREE WEEKS and you haven’t even tried to resolve the main issue above, I fired up an XP VM with IE8 and had a look.
On line 151 of base.css you set the img tag to display: inline-block;. This is not supported on IE8.
Would appreciate if you could fix this in 2.3.3 / 2.4…
edit: I think your shiv .js is also doing something to mess with the images, as a quick css fix for this works during page load but the images disappear after the page is loaded :(
The last remaining issue is the Layerslider icon boxes having a square border. Would appreciate some kind of response on this.
Cheers,
Jason

Note: We have verified that all images are still on our server…it simply seems that our portfolio entries spontaneously aren’t pointing them them any more. The images on the server are also not all showing up in the the media gallery for the site.
Hello – Any help here would be *greatly* appreciated as this is crippling my site. We have no idea why, but if you visit http://thecaloriemythbook.com/sane-recipes/ you will see that most of the portfolio entries no longer have any images in the galleries. We did not delete these images but very few of the portfolio entries point to them. Any help understanding what happened and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Enfold,
For some reason, all of a sudden my layerslider won’t save when we add a slide, or make changes to the image on a current slide, it will save the text changes though. Can you help?
Thanks,
Hello!
There is trouble with showing enlarged product image – I’m using cloud-zoom plugin for woocommerce – and it’s not working properly – enlarged image of product (when hovering) looks like “under” other layers, example – http://kino-casting.ru/product/lot-j000141-giatsint

2.3 is great and being able to choose icons from other fonts is great.
BUT i would love to be able to define an image as an icon like in the testimonial section … PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE … must must have :D
Yigit,
I added both to the custom.css but seemed only the content moved to the right. The title is still on the left.
thank you,
Hey guys,
Sorry for the question quantity, these have all been pent up for a while.
I was wondering how I would go about adding a shadow below the minimized header once you start to scroll, see ex.:
https://www.picatic.com/
Also, I’m wondering how I would go about adding a background with rounded corners and a shadow for the columns to sit in. See ex:
http://granify.com/ <– You need to scroll down to their content.
In the boxed layout mode, how do I increase the width of the site? The default boxed layout is too small for me.
And finally, I have made some animated objects in a few columns that involve custom image locations and slide ins. That being said, they look great on a desktop browser but ruin the design completely on mobile. Is there any way I can tell enfold to not display those columns with animations on mobile browsers?
Many thanks guys!
Hey elames!
Its basically the same as adding a regular slideshow like in this video: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927358
Except its using the fullscreen slider element. The big hang up I think people typically have is that in the demo the first image has the logo right on the image and there isn’t an option to add a separate logo on top. Eg: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/files/2013/06/tablet-2-1500×1500.jpg

Devin

Hey guys,
I have tried every single trick and strategy I know to add some padding around this image on my home page. Something is causing my CSS (or) HTML not to apply.
Any ideas? Thank you so much for some help. Been messing with this for an hour.

Hi!
Could you please guide me how can I adjust positions of Logo, Main Manu and Social icons as as per attached in the links below,
Current Positions,
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7jxq0y0vzw3n1jp/main_manu_01.jpg
Required Position,

Also here is the link for our website;

I think there are three changes that I’m trying to show you in sample images.
1. I want to left align the Logo,
2. Right align the Main Manu and social icons with search engine
3. Move main manu with social icons little bit downward.
Also I feel like in responsive design the website is not looking correct don’t know why.. :( can we fix that Issue as well?
sorry for asking too many questions at the same time..

Thanks! Can you tell me the optimal image sizes for these images?
Hi,
I really struggle with something which I’m sure is really simple to deal with but I cannot find the solution.
On my website I have a slider buil with layer slider you can see it here : http://www.calliframe.com
The problem is when I watch it on my powerbookpro retina 17″ the little round that fall in the first slide is centered but on a bigger screen it’s on the left. It’s the same with the second slider. Everything is moved on the left.
Is there a way to make my elements centered on every device??
I have read that sentence in the settings: “px) This feature is useful if you are using a full-width slider and you want to avoid stretching your layers across the full viewport horizontally. Just specify a custom width in pixels, and the slider will create a centered inner area to place your content into that. Note that this feature is working only with pixel-positioned layers, but you can still use the value ‘50%’ if you want centered positions.”
but I don’t understand it. Can anyone have a look at the screenshot where my settings are define and tell me if I do something wrong? I’m sure it’s simple to correct but I find the answer nowhere.

Hi Ismael
Thanks for your reply. I’m looking for a way of implementing a whole category over a background image. With the suggested solution with the Content Slider I have to recreate every news item and link it to it. And I can not place the content slider over an image or background image, can I?
I was hoping for a way of inserting code, so the news items of a category would be displayed automatically one after another. I have to do this on several pages and with the content slider it takes quite an intensive amount of time to create 10 news items per page/slider. By the way I like the styling of the Content Slider.
Greetings, Sam
Hello,
is possible to display the post images in a medium size? Small is too small and too big in size. Excerpt should then be of the right picture, not underneath.

Hey BuffyO!
Please choose “Center Center” in “Background Image Position”
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi blueunderground!
Did you use the “Add Media” button to insert the image? Normally WP will add the “alignright” class to the img tag and you don’t need to use the outdated “align” attribute. In addition this class will fix the issue with the jumping text.
Cheers!
Peter
You are welcome, glad we could help.

Hello,
I have right aligned an image in the main paragraph tag and linked it to another page – no custom CSS applied. The text wraps nicely around the image, until you hover over the image. When you hover over the image, all of the wrapped text jumps down below the image. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox. I have updated Enfold to the most recent version this evening. The problem occurs at http://blueunderground.com/services/website-design-development. Can you please advise?
Thanks!
Hi!
Please use the Color Section. Upload the logo image as Custom Background Image then set the Background Repeat to Stretch to fit. On the For Developers: Section ID, place a unique section id called “logo-section”. You can then go to Quick CSS field to specify the height of the section.
#logo-section {
height: 300px;
}`
Adjust the height if necessary.
Best regards,
Ismael
