Topic: Gallery Shrinking issue
Hi there,
I’m trying to make use of the gallery included with Enfold. However whenever I mouse over the mini-previews, the main image starts getting smaller. Here’s a link to our live website where I’ve applied the gallery (just this one page for now):

i think i didnt explain myself well, i meant that half of the arrow will be on the first layer slider and other half will be on the second layer slider-visually. is it possible without cutting the image in two.thank you in advance

It seems to load the place holder for the easy slider but the images do not show up and there is no functionality. Please help.

The blog gets created by the file in config-templatebuilder>avia-shortcodes>blog.php if you want to edit it there.

Yep, that’s how I built it. Here’s the code, but keep in mind that I have tried to remove spaces on all the lines of code & still shows the <br> when I look back at WYSIWYG mode:

Hey kaMai!
Please post a screenshot of what you’re trying to do. Use imgur, dropbox, mediafire etc. FYI, you can change the single post view on Enfold > General Settings > Single Post Style. You can select betweem big and small preview image.

I got the portfolio items to display when I choose Portfolio Grid.

If you want them to be an exact size every time then you would need to upload them at that size or with the exact same proportions. WordPress has somewhat poor performance if you are picky on very specific image output for automated thumbnails.
If you’ve changed a thumbnail size or added in a plugin that has done it then you would get different results from one post to the next (in between the change).
You would need to regenerate the thumbnails with http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Right now I’m not even sure what is getting output as there is some other plugin modifying the image output size that beyond what the theme would.

i need to create a different view for all posts (single.php) in Blog.
The post-image has to float:left and the images size needs to have around 350px (square)I which file did you define the image sizes used for the different blog-singles?

I’m using the Why Enfold – Small Header setup as the header of a page, but want all pages to have a different header.. how do I assign a specific header (or slide) to a page instead of using them all?

The advanced layout editor is *not* support on blog posts. The video tutorial for it was removed some time ago because it was causing issues with one of the recent updates and since it isn’t something Kriesi will be added support for I didn’t want it to look officially endorsed.
So if it is causing issue, unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it.

You would need to line the two different instances of the arrow up on the two different slides and try and time it so looks like its going from one to the other.

I’m having big problems, trying to make ANY(!) social plug-in work with WooCommerce under the Enfold theme. I’ve tried to trouble-shoot all day today, but no result :(
The social buttons appear next to the product, ok. But when I click them – for example to share or like a product on Facebook – the product image/thumb does not appear on the Facebook post.
First I thought it may have to do with some of my theme customisation. So I re-uploaded the original Enfold theme, without any custom.css whatsoever. And also did a clean install of the WooCommerce plugin. My products have a standard “Featured Image”. But this image just doesn’t want to display on Facebook.
Tried different browsers, disabling ALL browser-plugins. No luck.Even if I manually copy & paste the product URL into Facebook: Facebook only shows the URL text, but not the image.
I’ve tried three different “social button” plugins. None of them work:

WooCommerce Facebook Like Share Button
Social Sharing ToolkitI used to run a few plug-ins (like “W3 Total Cache” and a few others). Deactivated them. Still: it doesn’t work. Whatever I try – the Product Images just WON’T display on Facebook or Google+ …. or any other social media.
Can you please help?

Hi I am working my website in a MacBook Pro and when I review my progress I can observe the LayerSlider just as I want but when I acces my page from another computer is all stretch. It supposed to be responsive why is not fixing the images to the computer display?

Each of those portfolio items has an independent gallery associated with them. The image that is showing in the grid is the featured image. The images in the gallery inside of the ajax view are what are set within the portfolio item ajax section.

Thats great the layout is working perfectly. However i have just noticed an error with the image gallery, all the images seem to be stacking on top of one another. Would this be due to changing the grid layout?
