if you insert this in the debug field the whole page will be there after saving.

this at the end of the answer is the enfold shortcode for that grid-row with all classes and IDs preset.
you can insert that on an empty page in the debug modus field.

the only thing to mention is that i use the little plugin of Günter here from the dev team : avia-special-characters
to have special characters on input fields – that is the #amp# for the ampersand.

I’m having an issue with using the short code from the debugger. I appears to work until I try to edit it after it has been saved.

because Enfold uses as icons an icon-set and did some dimensions on that by line-height of the entypo fontello font. we must reconstruct a bit on that. On your example page there are svg as icons!

If you choose the big icon alb and animation only have icons with links.

you must look to that setup : i have choosen 80px icon-height ! this had to be synchronized with one css setting of that effect.
I gave to the icon alb elment a custom-class of: move

if you don’t like the hidden part of that telephone field – just set the right positioning to 0 – and remove css for fixed-tel:hover)
if you like to link to your contact page just change href in: echo '<a class="telephone" href="tel:+492289768293"> and adapt the content ( maybe the icon to: \e805 )
if you like to have that phone field over the slided in hamburger menu – set the z-index to 1000
some positioning depends on your header height ( and if you have f.e. top bar etc.
