    Hi guys,

    I have updated WPML to the latest version 4.5.5 and I have issues with the WPML plugin. Under Appearance > Menu for both languages > Menu Location, only the Italian language has the correct main menu selected. If I try to set the Secondary and The Footer Menu, the page get’s refreshed bot nothing changed. Similar for the English version where no menus are selected and I can’t actually set them up. Please see the attached screenshots.

    You can see what’s happening below:

    I am currently running on Enfold 4.8.7 as the version 4.9.2 doesn’t render the widget area properly for the Italian language when browsing the Woocommerce products. This is actually the second issue that we have to resolve.

    I have moved the website to a staging environment. I have shared with you the login details. Can you please have a look?

    Wenn du mit einem Child-Theme arbeitest ist das möglich, indem du dir ein child-theme loop-search.php erstellst.
    wenn du das öffnest, siehst du auf Zeile 37 im neuesten Enfold :

    dahinter könnte man platzieren: ( this is edited content here – it is better to avoid placement if there is image )

    Hi Rikard,

    I resolved it actually. I’m using the church theme of enfold. It seems the next event countdown element (which was always there for years) started causing this issue. When I removed that element it loads fine.

    Hallo, ich habe eine Website mit Enfold erstellt. Es sind über Portfolioseiten Artikel erstellt worden, die jeweils Suchbegriffe als Tags bekommen haben und natürlich ein Beitragsbild. Ich habe mit dem Plugin “WP Extended Search” erreichen können, dass die WP-Suche die Tags mit in die Suche einbezieht. Soweit-so-gut. Jetzt wünscht sich der Kunde allerdings, dass auf der Ergebnisseite (bei der Eingabe im Suchfeld funktioniert dies) die Beitragsbilder erscheinen – hierfür suche ich eine Lösung.

    I have now problems with an Enfold page which is set in fixed frame to execute touch events on the page.
    I had something like this before with my own design, and there I found out that the element which was placed fixed with high z-index had to be set to overflow: hidden. Unfortunately this does not work. ( concerns then: .av-frame.av-frame-vert ). The click event seems not affected, but on ipad / iphone it does not work e.g. in a gallery to call the lightbox then.

    Your Enfold-hotel page is unfortunately on Enfold 4.8.1, so I can’t see if it’s my Enfold version or a setting. There are also only galleries placed normally.
    Where it doesn’t work on my site is when I put a gallery in a tab-section.

    Good day,

    Purchased and installed the Enfold theme, in admin area its not saves any changes only requests to reload the page.
    “saving didnt work! pleace try to reload the page”
    and when im trying to add via Enfold – Theme updates the licence key i receive error
    ”

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

    Following errors occurred:

    Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:

    Also how to remove your copyright if it possible?

    How to fix these issues? really i dont have time to be your beta-tester.

    Hi lovelies,

    I love enfold and use it for a wide range of clients alsao new clients came with enfld products to me for completing and customising.
    But in the last years there are many other nice systems coming up with plenty mor effectful progemming.

    WE NEED THE SLIDERS WORK WITH TOUCHSTART AND MOUSEDRAG.

    Can we please implement thia in future updates.

    Many other fetures are really not needed. But this is a absolute necessary feature!

    Checking Enfold for the filter:

    is used in context of:

    ‘av_gallery’
    ‘av_horizontal_gallery’

    For masonry elements (class-avia-masonry.php):

    
$lightbox_img_size = apply_filters( 'avf_alb_lightbox_image_size', $lightbox_img_size, 'avia_masonry', $entry, $this->config );

    For slideshow elements (class-avia-slideshow.php):

    
$this->config['lightbox_size'] = apply_filters( 'avf_alb_lightbox_image_size', $this->config['lightbox_size'], 'avia_slideshow', $this->config, '' );

    It might need to extend the filter function and check the additional parameters of the filter if you need more control.

    I have an issue when as soon as I enabled shop front on a page, the advanced editor gets disabled. Is there a reason for this?
    Also, as soon as I do that, the layerslider plugin stops working as well.
    P.S. I am using the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress, as well as Enfold.

    Hi Enfold Team,

    I tried to add the new GA4 Analytics Tag to the Tracking-Code Area for Google Analytics in the Theme-Options.
    I tried to use both the whole tracking code and the single line (G-XXXXXXXXXX), and it does not work. There is no connection to my Google Analytics Account for the Website.
    Is there a special way I have to integrate the GA4 Tag or does it not work with my current version?
    My current Enfold Version is 4.7.6.4.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The bridgemore-bundle-plugin-by-enfold product item above doesn’t exist, the link just redirects to the home page and we cannot find any product item with the subscription of 212.38 DKK. Are you using a third party extension or plugin to create the product bundles? Is it working correctly when using the default editor?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. It looks like the staging site has the default layout, and the live site has been customised in some way. How exactly did you customise the live site? You might have overridden the default WooCommerce template, or altered it with one or more plugins?

    This is possible but you have to modify the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/testimonials/testimonials.php file directly. We provided a modified version of the testimonial element below with the slider dots.

    UPDATE: I accidentally added a text block in the test page and this is the only element that displayed in the translation editor, but not the code block. Please try to update the theme to version 4.9.2.1 manually via FTP.

    Hey flylanddesigns,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    According to @Guenter, the tables that you listed above are not generated by the Enfold theme. They are from an old theme called Choices, so they can be safely deleted without affecting the site. Unfortunately, we are not sure how these entries would cause timeouts as they are not created or loaded by the current theme.

    Please can you tell me how to download the previous version of Enfold? I updated to 4.9.2.1 within our website and now certain pages won’t load (blog page and page with sermon audios (church theme). I’ve isolated the issue to be an incompatibility with Events Calendar Pro (as when disabled, pages load fine). Prior to updating to the latest Enfold version it worked fine. Apparently my support finished so I can’t ask on the forum, even though I bought a second license and never asked one question during that support term. Thank you.

    Hey Jonas,
    Thank you for your question, I was able to get pretty close to your mockup using columns with background images and custom css.
    This is the desktop view:

    notice that most are 1/3 square with the top left one being 2/3 square taking up 4 spaces, and in the middle right is one 1/3 tall being 2 blocks tall.
    on tablet, 768px, they retain their ratios but are narrow:

    and on mobile they all become full width and equal height:

    So each of the columns has a custom class to create this and the one-third-tall & one-third-under have been set with top & clear to place them were they are. You will probably need to take care with how much content you add to these to not change their height.
    You can remove the special-heading elements and the display: flex; align-items: center; from the css, as it was to center the special-heading.

    Hey damon129,
    Thank you for the link to your site, I see that your title bar is showing on the post, the bar that says “blog”, if you don’t want this to show on any of your post then choose “hide both” from the Enfold Theme Options ▸ Header ▸ Header Layout ▸ Header Title and Breadcrumbs option.

    As for your sidebar widgets, I see that your Sidebar Blog has no widgets so the demo page navigation is showing, if you add a widget to the Sidebar Blog then the navigation will not show.

    Hi there,

    i wanted to ask, if its possible to get this layout with enfold:
    attached with link in private

    as you see this one image is larger as the other and goes about multiple rows.
    I could get it run with color sections, grid rows or just with coloums.

    I also dont want to use the Grid Element because i want to write text in those boxes and i need to place the content by myself.

    I would be so happy if you could help me out with that! :)

    I’m not sure what happened, but my single blog post template is having issues.

    PRX-T33: The Best “Peel” We’ve Ever Seen

    As you can see it has the “blog” navigation under the main nav and the sidebar should be matching my blog page

    No matter what settings I adjust in the post itself or in Enfold >> Theme Options seems to make a difference. I’ve included login info. This is my staging site, so feel free to make edits if you like.
