Thank you for your patience, I tested the GiveWP + Events Calendar + WooCommerce pluins on my test server with the same Enfold and WordPress versions as your site (the latest),
but the post slider and magazine elements showed correctly, so I thought that perhaps I had a different settings than you in one or all of the plugins so I exported your staging site settings (WordPress XML file) to my test server, linked below, and now it is a mirror of your staging sitewith very similar server settings,
but the post slider and magazine elements are showing correctly.
I tested your site with the child theme disabled, which didn’t help, I also tested your site with your child theme functions.php disabled:/* Disable JetPack Just in Time Messages */ add_filter( 'jetpack_just_in_time_msgs', '__return_false', 99 ); // Fix events calendar dropdown and just shows the old download links. add_filter( 'tec_views_v2_use_subscribe_links', '__return_false' );which didn’t help, I checked your child theme header.php, but it is up-to-date with only a Google Analytics modification, which I tested without, with no success.
The only difference I can find is that you are using WPEngine caching and the Site Health says Custom rules have been added to your .htaccess file, see the screenshot above.
So I’m not sure what the issue could be, but I will forward this to the Dev Team for their review.Best regards,
MikeTopic: Enfold update not possible
Dear support team
for the website https://craft17.eu/ I am unable to update to the latest Enfod version 4.9.2.1. It always says to me: “No updates available. You are using the latest version! (4.8.3)” However, Versin 4.8.3 is not the current version. Even if I click on “Check manually” under “Themes” I get the message “All themes are up to date.” displayed.
How can I update the website to the latest Enfold version 4.9.2.1?

I could read your message cos I followed the link in the mail but the connection issue remains.As for th multilanguage: I don’t want to spend more money in buying languages extension that I won’t need since I translated everything by myself in 5 languages. I want to use WP to create the language switch with the system of the internal folders (not multisite: everything through one WP site) and actually I did find a WP tutorial on the subject and followed it step by step. Adress of the tutorial:
The tutorial leads to build the switch and its menu under the header. So to put it up, I had to remove the beautiful Enfold header that i had done. But then my nice logo disappears, and the design of the header is not so beautiful as with Enfold. If I put the header with Enfold I get two menus. I cannot build it through Wp, cos it looks like it is now an ENfold feature exclusively. Here’s my site:
I don’t mind destroying the work I did as long as I can redo the same in Enfold. Is it possible ?

Enfold is fully compatible with WPML but it is not a free plugin.
You could use Polylang which is free and works with Enfold though it does not have all the features WPML offers.You can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ using your purchase code and start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)

I have a customization that breaks when I try to update to the newer versions of Enfold. I suspect this is because I have a file av-helper-masonry.php in my child theme that nowadays seems to be class-avia-masonry.php

I bought the support pack for Enfold yesterdayy and I cannot log iin. The search is very difficult.
For example, I need to know how I can create a website in 5 languages using Enfold without paying anything else and there is no way to find anything: just billions and billions of answers with “language” that are not precise. And I cannot post anything in the forum nor log in hoping that a windows opens in this way, cos my Enfold credentials are not recognized, I asked twice to send me a reset password and don’t receive anything. Please help !!

Thanks for the update. If you are referring to file compression, then that can be turned off under Enfold->Performance. You can also activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files on the same page.

Yes, it is part of Enfold and can be found in enfold\framework\php\class-style-generator.php function link_google_font() around line 763ff.
Script is used to load google fonts (with a prior GDPR check).
If you do not use Google fonts you can remove the script with filter ‘avf_output_google_webfonts_script’. Return false (or anything but not true).
If you need help with the filter let us know.

Is it possible to disable the connection to the search results page and only use the above-mentioned box for the search?

When saving settings in Enfold and compression is enabled enfold will generate scripts/style files in
wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia.

Enfold doesn’t have any caching functionality. If your problems went away after clearing cache, then the problems is likely coming from the sources which is caching your content.

Good morning,
a customer of ours noticed that the CSS on the page was missing. After we changed some settings and the cache got refreshed the issue is gone. We also noticed sometimes during development the CSS is just gone and after a reload it comes back. I don’t know if these issues are related but I thought I would mention it here in case someone has the same issues. Sadly I don’t have any instructions on how to reproduce it.
