We don’t really have any recommendations, any caching plugins should work fine with Enfold. Clearing the complete cache from any plugin is beyond the scope of our support though.

It exactly is the problem that the lightbox has an empty title field. Even though I add text in the image title field in the media library, that text won’t be displayed as a caption in the lightbox.
Just to be clear how the image with hotspots media element opens image-links in the lightbox. Within the settings of a specific hotspot I set under “Anvanced” the hotspot link to manually, add the link of the image that has to be opened in the lightbox and set the link to be opened in the same window (see screenshot in private content).
On the frontend the link of hotspot number 7 looks for example like this:
<a href="https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/seminarraum.jpg" class="av-image-hotspot_inner lightbox-added">7</a>
If the link is an image, Enfold adds automatically the class lightbox-added by default.
If the link is a webpage…
<a href="https:// www.mydomain.com " class="av-image-hotspot_inner">7</a>
…then there is no class lightbox-added.
So, the class lightbox-added triggers the lightbox.The whole concept of the image with hotspots media element is different to the masonry gallery media element where you have thumbnail images with the title attribute – taken from the media library – that is obviously sent to the lightbox. The image with hotspots media element only shows hotspots made with CSS that have no title attribute of the image they are linking to. That’s why no title can be sent to the lightbox.
At least this is my interpretation of what’s going on and it seems to be complicated.
Is there still a way to have captions if I link from a hotspot to an image that opens in the lightbox?

First, let me say that I love Enfold! The AVIA page builder is simply the best.
That said, I am a bit flummoxed by footers. I have figured out how to add text to my footer, but I cannot find anywhere to edit it. specifically, I want to get rid of the menu.
I am also have an issue with trying to get a menu item to link to a contact page. I added the WP add shortcode to the menu plug in, but it displays the actual form all over every page with a menu, which is all of them. Not good.Any help would be appreciated!

I think I had already disabled the page preloading in the Enfold theme options.

You can enter whatever you want in the copyright block under Theme Options > Footer
To remove the default Enfold copyright, add [nolink] alongside your replacement content.

Non, I didn’t try this and unfortunately I don’t know how to do it.
But why can’t I see the “Advanced > Responsive > Mobile Breakpoint Position settings”, even though I have the latest version of Enfold? Would not that be the solution that I could set it there? But anyway, I hope, that you still can help me with this problem.Bea

I have got a short question regarding the Enfolds “debug modus”. It’s a pretty nice feature that the short code window is present which makes it very easy to copy and paste whole pages and pieces of code around the website. Is there any issue to keep the debug mode activated even after building up the website? Or does it makes some information transparant to bots which are ideally hidden for example?

To be honest i hvent been really satisfied with the kriese theme/enfold.
Over the years there has only been issues and bugs and even this day now there is still bugs.For instance with the transparent header/avia builder recently.
Therefore i would like to have money back or some kind of discount.

Dear Enfold support
I created a house tour with the image with hotspots media element. The image is a svg file that shows a floor plan and the hotspots are placed on the different rooms. If you click on a hotspot, Enfold‘s native lightbox opens an image of the corresponding room. Everything works well. See link to website in private content.
Is there a way that the lightbox also shows a caption like it does in a masonry gallery for example? From inside the element’s settings it‘s not possible but you might have an idea how to customize the code.

You can set separate styling for bold text under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Look for the strong tag in the list.

Right now, I can live with the current state. It might be a claim or a goal for Enfold‘s developers to bring the accordion‘s behavior to perfection in a future update.

@guenni007: I was brave and put my modified class-avia-masonry.php into the enfold-child/shortcodes. The self-destruction mechanism wasn’t triggered and thanks to Enfold’s warp drive, the modifications work well😉.

Please try to update enfold\config-woocommerce\config.php with the content of
https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_5_0/config-woocommerce/config.php
This should now show responsive images or the “large” image (if theme option Responsive Images For Lightbox is disabled). You can change the default lightbox image size with filter avf_avia_builder_helper_lightbox_size.
If you set ratio to > 1 @2x is added.
If theme option Responsive Images For Lightbox is disabled I get “Image could not be loaded” (because I do not have such a file uploaded), with option enabled I get the correct image responsive image (without @2x).
